Members of the Ormond by the Sea Lions Club and Eagles Aerie 4435 gave back to local kids this holiday season.

After meeting Santa and Elvis at a Lions party in December, guests from the Children’s Home Society were presented donations of $600 in gift cards by members. Guests from the Conklin Center for the Blind receieved $500 in gift cards and the Ormond by the Sea Fire Service received $250, as thanks for the free CPR classes it provides.

Lions volunteered outside of local stores to help raise money for the Salvation Army, too, as well as held  a Breakfast with Santa and book sale.

Members of Ormond by the Sea Eagles Aerie 4435 also assembled and donated 18 bicycles, along with 10 bags of new toys and games, to Osceola Elementary School.
