Tomoka Brewing Co.

Starting Saturday, Sept. 9, all Tomoka Brewing Co. locations will be open exclusively to emergency personnel and first responders — housing and feeding them with donated meals from local restaurants for the duration of Hurricane Irma. 

Also, Tomoka Brewing has filled up their tanks with 1,000 gallons of water, should the need arise. Their locations close to the public after Friday, Sept. 8.

Keys & Collars

Keys & Collars, a house and pet-sitting service by Ormond Beach resident Nicole Damico, is taking in pets for people who cannot make it back in time for the storm or need some help taking care of their pets during the Hurricane. 

She currently has 15 animals, but is offering to help residents looking for a way to keep their pets safe. Keys & Collars charges $35 per overnight stay. Contact Damico at 386-527-2888 or at [email protected]

U-Haul

U-Haul is offering 30 days of free self-storage at 96 locations in 54 cities in Florida due to Hurricane Irma's arrival. 

Those looking for a place to store possessions if they're leaving the area should contact the closest U-Haul facility to their home.

Copper Bottom Distillery

Copper Bottom Distillery in Holly Hill is giving out free water in preparation for the Hurricane.

Those interested should bring their own jug to fill up at the distillery.

Steve's Famous Diner

The restaurant announced on their Facebook page that all emergency personnel, including police, the fire department and emergency medical service, can eat for free at all three of their locations.

Steve's Famous Diner is located at 2011 N. Atlantic Ave., 1584 S. Nova Road and 741 US 1 in Oak Hill, Fla.
