Charles Mecklem, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Broad Creek Circle to Gregory and Johanna Todd, of Ormond Beach, for $589,000. Built in 1992, the two-story house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,459 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $595,000.
Richard and Kathleen Arrich, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Village Drive to Gary and Nina Leggett, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,698 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
Judith Conte, of Flagler Beach, sold 40 Nicholas Court to Ronald Dill, of Ormond Beach, for $269,900. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,455 square feet. It sold in 1970 for $36,900.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 285 River Vale Lane to Mark and Jeanette Larsen, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,351 square feet. No other sales were listed.
