UPDATE: Donald Winner located at health care facility

UPDATE: The police department said Donald Winner, who was reported missing Nov. 26, was located at a health care facility.

The Ormond Beach Police Department said a man who went missing last week was located at a health care facility.

Donald Winner, 73, was reported missing Nov. 26, by his son. Police said Dec. 3, he was located and they closed their investigation.

Winner lives alone but, according to police, usually emails friends on a daily basis. He was reported missing after friends and relatives hadn't heard from him for several weeks.

Winner’s 2000 blue Chevrolet SUV, license plate V66-5TB, was not at his residence when the police checked. And, according to the report, the house appears to have been unoccupied for awhile.

Police say Winner is in good mental and physical condition.
