After Kathy Boos and her brother-in-law, Carl Boos, died in a traffic accident March 11 in Flagler Beach, LC Hair Designs owner Lindsey Crosby knew she had to do something to help.

Kathy Boos was the owner of the Sew and Quilt Shop in Marvin’s Garden, and she helped Crosby with LC Hair Designs, which opened in August 2015.

From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Sunday, April 3, LC Hair Designs will host a Cut-A-Thon to benefit Kathy Boos family. The salon is located at 4601 E. Moody Blvd., Suite D10, Bunnell. All proceeds will be donated to the Kathy Boos Foundation, which is being established to combat drunk driving through education awareness and community action.

Haircuts are $35, haircut and blow-dry is $45, and eye brow waxing is $10 (only cash accepted on the day of the event). Call 586-3763.
