The Cinnamon Girl, a condo owned by Palm Coast resident Jeffrey Knutson in the Cinnamon Beach portion of Ocean Hammock, was named the No. 1 most “wish-listed” Airbnb listing in Flagler County, according to Airbnb Public Affairs Director Benjamin Breit.

The condo, located at 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, has three bedrooms, two baths and about 1,370 square feet. It also overlooks the eighth hole of Hammock Beach Resort's Ocean Course with a backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean.

Knutson, who has owned the property for almost 2 1/2 years, said his success is predicated on his response to the customers' needs.

"Each time somebody asks for something, I try to provide it," he said.

In addition, Knutson said he tries to keep his condo competitively priced. He never tries to go for the maximum dollar with every rental, he said. During the low points of the year — typically in September and October — he charges as low as $99. In the high points — February, March and the middle of the summer — Knutson can charge more than $200.

Knutson, who lives two miles from the property, also advertises personal response time.

"If someone has an issue, I can be there in 10 minutes."
