A house in South Daytona was the top selling residence for Aug. 18-27 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Robert and Cynthia Stanley sold 136 Bellewood Ave. to Walther and Brenda Maser, of South Daytona, for $600,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $185,000. Following is a partial list of other sales.

Cambridge Villas

Stephen and Patricia Putman, of The Villages, sold 478 Oxford Drive to Charlotte Blevins, of Port Orange, for $170,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,302 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $114,000.

 

Center Park

Paul and Deborah Flaherty, of St. Augustine, sold 5961 Park Ridge Drive to Christopher and Wendie Irving, of Port Orange, for $259,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $90,500.

 

Countryside

Robert Bryant, of Port Orange, sold 938 Meadow View Drive, Unit C, to Rebecca Herrin, of Port Orange, for $178,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $168,000.

 

Cypress Head

Deborah Owen, of Port Orange, sold 6289 Palm Vista St. to David and Beth Petrie, of Port Orange, for $287,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $209,000.

 

Golden Pond

Priscilla Childrey, of Wylie, Texas, sold 6160 Half Moon Drive to Jerry and Vickie Petty, of Port Orange, for $365,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,431 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $192,000.

 

Harbor Oaks

Donna Austin, individually and as trustee, sold 28 Cedar St. to Millennium Trust Co. LLC, of Port Orange, for $235,500. Built in 1948, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,467 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $42,500.

 

Palms del Mar

Dolores Bertram, individually and as trustee, sold 6127 Del Mar Drive to Jacquelin and Kevin Kane, of Port Orange, for $270,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $83,200.

 

Ravenwood

Willard and Debbra Egeler, of Port Orange, sold 49 Woodlake Drive to Christopher Scott and Shannon Ferguson, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,221 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $161,250.

 

Sabal Creek

Jeffrey and Kathleen Lind, of Port Orange, sold 6137 Sabal Point Circle to Rosemary Pardus, and Daniel and Alice Pardus, of Port Orange, for $257,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,086 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $180,000.

 

Sugar Forest

Glen Graziano, of Port Orange, sold 824 Sugar House Blvd. to Equity Trust Co., as custodian, for $105,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $84,000.

 

Summer Trees

Nancy Flynn, individually and as trustee, and Hugh Dorsett Jr., as trustee, sold 78 Cypress Pond Road to Jack Plumb, of Port Orange, for $121,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $34,900.

 

Spruce Creek Village

Franklin and Lisa Rybolt, of Daytona Beach, sold 420 Laurie Ave. to Ashley Clifford, of Port Orange, for $129,900. Built in 1998, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $110,000.

 

Town Park

Daniel Gary sold 1617 Promenade Circle to Mario Cubas and Shirley Escalona, of Port Orange, for $260,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $229,000.

 

Twin Gates

Juan Dimmer and Rose Villanueva sold 170 Iron Gate Circle to James Holloway, of Port Orange, for $85,000. Built in 1981, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 910 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $78,000.

 

Unatin

Mark and Ruth Balkham, of Lecanto, sold 5902 Plainview Drive to Amber McLaughlin, of Port Orange, for $265,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $156,500.

 

Viking

Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, as trustee, sold 1142 Viking Drive to Shu Dong, of Ponce Inlet, for $152,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $115,500.

 

Villages of Royal Palm

Tianyu Yang, of Port Orange, sold 5410 Fan Palm Court to Howard Kittelstad, of Port Orange, for $245,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $295,000.

 

Waters Edge

Bryan Chancellor sold 6844 Vintage Lane to Johnathan Edwards and Mai Graham, of Port Orange, for $370,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,349 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $289,700.

 

Sherry and Leland Lewis sold 1706 Destino Court to Michael and Annie Foxworthy, as trustees, for $358,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,453 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $300,000.

 

Wilbur-by-the-Sea

Christina Caporale sold 109 Toronita Ave. to Peter Zarcone, of Port Orange, for $130,000. Built in 1920, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,166 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $145,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Alicia Brockman sold 703 New York Ave. to Rodney and Gina Bull, of Hallsville, Texas, for $180,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,142 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $100,000.

 

Mielin Realty Inc., as trustee, sold 1600 Big Tree Road, Unit A6, to Keith and Kristen McUmber, as trustees, for $80,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 833 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $637,500.
