Cypress Knoll

Enrique and Amedea Onate, of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, sold 82 Eastwood Drive to Schnaars Holdings LLC, of Hazlet, New Jersey, for $601,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,003 square feet.

Grand Landings

Bruce and Ernestine Bullock, of Daytona Beach, sold 195 Coopers Hawk Way to Robert Rudy Jr., of Palm Coast, for $599,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 5/4 and has 2,913 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $332,100.

Hammock Dunes

Dennis and Mary Jesielowski sold 6 Valencia Court to Raymond and Cheryl Zukowski, of Palm Coast, for $1.65 million. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,759 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $950,000.

Palm Coast Plantation

Mitch and Francie Shepherd, of Jacksonville, sold 75 Riverwalk Drive S. to Thomas Grubb, of Palm Coast, for $1.44 million. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boathouse, elevator, swimming pool and 4,183 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $945,000.
