Karen Holmay, proprietor of Elements of Design and Cates Lighting at Elements of Design, has announced that the company’s Ormond Beach location has expanded and added a clothing boutique.
“We're excited to unveil the expansion of our Ormond Beach location at Elements of Design, now featuring a chic new clothing boutique for women of all ages," Holmay said. "This marks a new chapter in our journey, blending our home decor with an exciting fashion experience. We're eager for our customers to discover this stylish addition."
Holmay opened Elements of Design on April 19, 2007 at 500 W. Granada Blvd.in Ormond Beach. With the help of her team and the support of her customers, they prospered and moved to a new location at 62 E. Granada Blvd. in April of 2010. Holmay purchased Cates Lighting from Bob and Mary Cates in 2011 and moved the lighting showroom into the Granada location. The growth of the design and lighting led to the opening of a second location at One Daytona in April 2023.
In addition to the new clothing boutique, the Ormond Beach location of Elements of Design offers gifts, home decor, and small accent furniture. The Daytona Beach location at One Daytona carries lighting, furniture, home decor, and gifts.
