Susan Gilbert, of Ormond Beach, sold 1715 Atlantic Ave. to Alpesh Bharucha and Amitaben Alpesh Bharucha, of Flagler beach, for $899,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,993 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $515,000.
John and Susan Hersome, of Winston Salem, North Carolina, sold 130 Limewood Place, Unit C, to Gary and Margaret Kelly, of New Smyrna Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,316 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $58,000.
David Gaines, as trustee, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 12-A-1, to Amy Wilson and Frank Flaschentrager, of Lewisville, Texas, for $608,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,853 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $232,500.
