Joseph Worrall and Angela George, of Port Townsend, Washington, sold 110 Shadow Creek Way to Daniel and Kay Florio, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and a swimming pool. It sold in 2001 for $335,000.

Michael and Amy Osborne, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Dianne Drive to Robert and Joan Marler, of Gainesville, for $370,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,043 square feet It sold in 2013 for $214,000.
Ruby Conner and Robert Miodonski, of Ormond Beach, sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 208, to Thomas and Ana Brinson, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $299,000.
Nicholas and Samantha Johnston, individually and as trustees, sold 41 Walnut Lane to David Chesebro and Jean Georgi, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,520 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $135,000.

Leonard and Lethia Hanback, of Frederick, Maryland, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 129, to Bhanu and Premlata Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet. It sold in March for $107,000.

George Smith, of Cocoa Beach, sold 1459 Hohe Lane to Robert Smothers and Margaret Incandela, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,367 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $249,500.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 801 Aldenham Lane to Matthew and Janice Doyle, of Ormond Beach, for $234,000. Built in 2016, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.
Katheryn Schmiedel, of Freehold, New Jersey, sold 1124 Hartbourne Lane to Michael Pulling, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $293,000.
