Joseph and Jolynn Durrance, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Cliffwood Circle to Marki and Roy Hargrave, and Michael and Rachel Mergener, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,378 square feet.

Michael and Rachel Mergener, of Ormond Beach, sold 1900 W. Granada Blvd. to Jonathon and James Mossler, of Ormond Beach, for $296,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet.

Markcus Moore and Beverley Darroch, of Ormond Beach, sold 128 Oak Lane to Michael and Tabitha LeJeune, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $124,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 117 Ormond Shores Drive to Desiderata Triani and Jill Seidenfaden, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1981, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 2,401 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $395,000.

Desiderata Triani, of Ormond Beach, sold 125 Ivanhoe Drive to Min Lin and Yong Dian Zhu, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $127,500.

Katharine, Ruth and John Mitchell, of Berkeley, California, sol d 4 Tanglewood Circle to Evelyn Lynn, as trustee, for $220,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,630 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $197,000.

Ruth Campbell, of Leesburg, sold 2006 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 100, to Umesh and Poonam Kathuria, of Orlando, for $192,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet.

Vincent and Rachel Tedeschi , Arlene Ferrino, Donna Schimenti and Vanessa Palo sold 3 Sandy Lake Circle to Joel Bransdorfer, of Ormond Beach, for $173,400. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,295 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $75,000.

Arthur and Ruth Prindle, of Andover, New Jersey, and Tim Jackson, of Pensacola, sold 364 Seminole Drive to Christopher Conn, as trustee, for $156,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $174,900.

Nelson Tucker Jr., of DeLand, sold 159 Northbrook Lane to Andrew and Amanda Bayne, of Ormond Beach, for $145,900. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $124,000.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 425 Chelsea Place to Daniels and Deborah Hamant, of Ormond Beach, for $299,937. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet.

Donald and Sylvia Harwood, of Ellsworth, Michigan, sold 3928 Cree Drive to Val Angrosini, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,058 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $257,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Deborah Ledoux, of Wurtsboro, New York, and Emory Barczy Jr., of North Huntington, Pennsylvania, sold 2 Buckthorn Look to Arlinda Adderley, of Ormond Beach, for $246,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,307 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $37,900.

Plantation Bay

Enterprise Hospitality Development LLC, of Clarksville, Indiana, sold 1249 Harwick Lane to Marta Martinez, of Ormond Beach, for $263,900. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,147 square feet.

Amanda Trivett and Juan Arapi sold 680 Aldenham Lane to Matthew and Toni Bollinger, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,666 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $185,900.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 790 Aldenham Lane to John Sappet, of Ormond Beach, for $214,650. Built in 2016, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

Hugh and Donna Sheean, individually and as trustees, sold 4 Meadowfield Court to Marcus and Roberta Ford, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $170,000.

Tomoka Meadows

Diane Grifone, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Kirby Boring and Kevin Vecchio, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 999 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $65,000.

Danny Williamson and Marie-Therese Williamson, of Fairfield, sold 1240 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Advanta IRA Services, LLC, and Janis Compton, of Largo, for $189,900. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,082 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $125,000.
