A condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 14-20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard and Donna Reichow, of Newbury, sold 1075 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 601, to Darryl Diamond, as trustee, for $550,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,243 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $475,000.
Ormond Beach
Billy and Carole Terry, individually and as trustees, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 209, to Barbara Peerless and Michael Hoskins, of Honolulu, for $430,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $410,000.
Anthony and Sandra Tomasello, of Ormond Beach, sold 302 Sanchez Ave. to Leo and Joanna Caplette, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,646 square feet.
Warren and Carol Kumm, of Daytona Beach, sold 1 Walnut Circle to Jonathan and Darcie Rittenour, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,038 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $177,500.
Jill and Matthew Bosang, and Eugene Picaut, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Greenvale Drive to Jack and Diana Canterbury, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,138 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $182,500.
Simo, Medri and Steve Chokrevski, and Kathy Wade, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 603, to Richard and Deborah Hayden, of Gilberts, Illinois, for $215,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,131 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $250,000.
Raul and Teresa Pino, of Palm Coast, sold 1482 John Anderson Drive to Linda Weaver, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedroom, two baths and 1,715 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.
Osborne Roberts III, of Ormond Beach, sold 833 Riverside Drive to Linda Davis and Jerry Ramirez, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $152,500.
Eva Monroe, of Titusville, sold 8 Woodridge Drive to Kim Arch and Amy Kolis, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,482 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $45,500.
Lloyd Limited, of Volusia County, sold 101 Ray Mar Drive to Peter Collins, of Rochester, New York, for $198,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,554 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $113,000.
Kevin and Linda Madden sold 1108 Parkside Drive to Stephen and Elaine Leffert, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $135,000.
Thomas and Susan Hansen, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Chippingwood Lane to John and Erika Roy, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,139 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $11,000.
Floyd Barton Jr. sold 5 Brook Station Drive to Andrew Ferris, of Ormond Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $89,000.
Ty Lohman, of Ormond Beach, sold 165 Pine Cone Trail to Frank and Juanita Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $137,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $179,900.
Joan Maxwell sold 143 Northbrook Lane to Ellen Kelleher, of Daytona Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,183 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $60,000.
Judy Owen, of Ormond Beach, sold 299 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Bryan Anderson and Angely Ramirez, of Flagler Beach, for $77,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,012 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $42,000.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 464 Chelsea Place Ave. to Thomas and Cindy Noverr, of Ormond Beach, for $298,530. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.

William Austgen, of Cedar Lake, Indiana, sold 3612 Christa Court to William and Joni Robertson, of Moscow, Tennessee, for $309,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $207,000.
John Leeman, individually and as trustee, sold 1305 Mandan Lane to Walter O'Connor, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1987, the house has 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $176,500.

Robin Robson, of Ormond Beach, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3040, to Richard and Diane Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $250,500. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $83,500.
James and Lora Hardin, of Powder Springs, Georgia, sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 402, to NuView IRA for $170,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet.
Kenneth Tail, individually and as trustee, sold 12 Palm Drive to Andrea Packard and Linda Huncharoff, of Irving, Texas, for $170,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 700 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $74,900.
