Ilene Gilbert-Droge has been named president and chief executive officer for Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners, the employed group of more than 160 primary care physicians and specialists for the Florida Hospitals in Volusia and Flagler counties, effective April 17.

As the executive leader of Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners, Gilbert-Droge will be responsible for leading multiple system-wide strategic projects for the employed physician group.

Hospice volunteers recognized for dedication and service

Florida Hospital HospiceCare hosted a celebratory brunch and guided tour of the Cici an Hyatt Brown Museum of Art in Daytona Beach on Monday, April 3. The brunch was to recognize volunteers for hteir dedicated service.

“We look forward to this event each year, as it gives us a wonderful opportunity to honor all those who give back in our community,” Rema Cole, Florida Hospital HospiceCare administrative director, said. “We have more than 180 volunteers for Florida Hospital HospiceCare and are so grateful for their meaningful service.”

Pharmacy Conference Helps Local Pharmacist Provide Better Care
