Harold and Deirdre Schultz, of Ponte Vedra, sold 172 Coquina Key Drive to David and Dina Rylander, and William and Phyllis Lindahl, of Collierville, Tennessee, for $710,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,367 square feet.

Avail 2 LLC, of Coral Gables, sold 16 N. Ravensfield Lane to Michael Kurowski, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,696 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $212,300.

Daniel and Samantha Sagardia, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Spiveys Court to Paula Steadman, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $147,500.

Jeremy and Lauren Buckmaster, of Ormond Beach, sold 185 Wilmette Ave. to Patrick and Sarah Newton, of Ormond Beach, for $172,500. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,572 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $194,000.

Tood Janosky and Jillian Eaton, of Janesville, Wisconsin, sold 72 Pine Trail to Josephine Finlater, of Ormond Beach, for $171,150. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,450 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $107,000.

James and Terry Beaudry sold 547 Collins St. to Shalom and Hana Dadon, of Ormond Beach, for $37,500. Built in 1993, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet.

Clyde Burgess, of Lake Mary, sold 1 China Moon Drive to Arif Kutlusoy, of Denville, New Jersey, for $280,000. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,346 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $350,000.

Brandon and Kristen Wade, of Ormond Beach, sold 109 Pinion Circle to Catlin White, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $77,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Bradford and Holly Sims, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Foxhunter Flat to John and Glenna Tegner, of Ormond Beach, for $463,750. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,014 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $410,000.

Deanna Knight, of Norman, Oklahoma, sold 46 Levee Lane to Arthur and Melody Rose, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,101 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $157,000.

Julie and Scott Lawson, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Wild Fern Lane to Yakov Kogan and Elina Kiner, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, six baths and 1,937 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $324,000.

Neofytos Savvides, of Cyprus, sold 1220 Kilkenny Court to Ronald and Patricia Macklin, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2015, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $222,100.

Daniel and Lynn Simpson, of Briarcliff Manor, New York, sold 1258 Crown Pointe Lane to David Smith, of Daytona Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,739 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $290,000.

Lynda and R.P. Foreman, of Ormond Beach, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to David and Delores Tousseau, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $167,500.

Thomas and Linda Silber, of Ormond Beach, sold 134 Longwood Drive to Colleen Crandall, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $70,225.
