Volusia County sheriff's detectives arrested a 23-year-old Ormond Beach man on child pornography charges on Friday, Jan. 12.

Kevin Stutts, 23, is facing 15 counts of possessing child pornography after detectives executed a search warrant at his home following an online tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. VCSO reports that detectives recovered numerous images and videos in Stutts' electronic devices depicting children in sexual situations. According to a released statement, some of the images also showed an unknown male's genitalia in sexually explicit positions with the children, and that others were shown in bondage.

The children in the images ranged from infants to 16 years old. Stutts is in custody at the Volusia County Branch Jail and is held on a $5,000 bond.

VCSO reports that detectives are working to identify any child victims in the images and are asking for the public’s help. If you have information, call VCSO's Child Exploitation Unit at 386-254-1537.
