A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Aug. 2-8 in the Multiple Listing Service. Jeffrey and Kerry Tucker, of Fleming Island, sold 106 Coquina Key Drive to Benjamin and Rachael Lindbloom, of Ormond Beach, for $871,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,453 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Ormond Beach

 

Donn and Lisa Belfus, of Daytona Beach, sold 102 Ivanhoe Drive to David and Lisa Stokes, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,540 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $102,000.

 

Deborah Harris sold 11 Cypress View Trail to John Casiello, of Chicago, for $250,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,657 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $232,500.

 

Charles Marshall, of Orleans, Indiana, sold 269 Putnam Ave. to Barry Ness, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,647 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $84,500.

 

Hi-Land Properties LLC, of West Palm Beach, sold 91 Mayfield Circle to Forest Utter Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $185,700. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,763 square feet. It sold in May for $140,000.

 

Heather Hankey, of Florence, Oregon, sold 679 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 25, to Denise Ayers, of Ormond Beach, for $93,700. Built in 1988, the condo is a 1/1 and has 725 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $90,000.

James and Diana McIntire, of North Carolina, sold 6 Fox Cliff Way to David and Crystal Abner, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,303 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $369,900.

 

Halifax Plantation

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3269 Bailey Ann Drive to George and Pamela Lamb, of Ormond Beach, for $293,248.17. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

 

Hunter’s Ridge

Jeffrey Bigman, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Huntsman Look to Michael and Jocelyn Knudsen, of Ormond Beach, for $600,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,315 square feet.

 

Mallards Reach

Susan Weis sold 4 Archangel Circle to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $336,600. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,251 square feet.

 

Ormond Lakes

MMP Real Estate Family Ltd. Partnership, of White Plains, New York, sold 8 Old Creek Circle to Harold and Carla Ashley, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $219,755.

 

Plantation Bay

Resolute Properties Ltd. Co., of United Kingdom, sold 1040 Kilkenny Lane to Edward and Patricia Chapdelaine, of Granby, Massachusetts, for $247,500. Built in 2014, the townhouse is a 3/3 and has 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $215,900.

Henry and Jaime Stoll, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Circle Oaks Trail to Eugene and Brittany Bednov, of Ormond Beach, for $675,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 4,378 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $555,000.

 

Edward Brown, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Stone Quarry Trail to Michael and Linda Easton, of Ormond Beach, for $226,500. Built in 1978, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,875 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $94,000.

 

David and Barbara Perry, individually and as trustees, sold 333 Timberline Trail to Mary Brennan and Brett Maruszak, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 5/2.5 and has 1,724 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $68,600.

 

Tomoka Estates

Enrique and Beatriz Clausen, of Ormond Beach, sold 992 Shockney Drive to Kevin and Cheryl Gray, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a boat dock and 1,646 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $280,000.

 

Tomoka Oaks

Monica Stewart sold 18 Oakmont Circle to Robert and Lauren Kellett, of Ormond Beach, for $246,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,190 square feet. It sold in 1973 for $60,200.

Johanne Mahaffey, individually and as trustee, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5G, to Giovanna Madonna, of Lady Lake, for $435,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $125,000.

 

Tamara Fuehrer and Thalia Bozikis, individually and as trustees, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8-A-1, to Robert Bair, as trustee, for $405,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,853 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $215,000.

 

Christopher and Richard Wilkinson, of Clinton, Mississippi, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 503, to Robert Barrowman, of St. Augustine, for $324,900. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,061 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $158,000.

 

Bankston Properties LLC, of Orangeville, Georgia, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7B, to Connor Dressler, Judith Lamprey, Jeremy Wood and Andrea Dressler, of Orlando, for $300,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,484 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $223,000.

 

Carole Lytle, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Sunrise Ave. to Veronica Watts and Julie Criswell, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,195 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $169,000.

 

Alice Guan, of Oviedo, sold 34 Carol Road to Wendi Cassand, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/2 and has 924 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $215,000.

 

Bruce and Jie Love, of Ormond Beach, sold 53 Palmetto Drive to John Baba, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 700 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $34,000.
