A 1956 beach house tops the real estate sales list in Ormond Beach

A house on the beach was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 19-25 in the Multiple Listing Service. Jacob Glock, of Fort Myers Beach, sold 135 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Daniel and Pamela Hansen, of Huntington, New York, for $1,465,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,994 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $1,050,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

John Shull, of Ormond Beach, sold 166 N. Beach St. to Russell and Loretta Wittenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 1880, the house is a 2/2.5 and has two fireplaces and 2,028 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $332,500.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 204, to Patricia Herndon and Joan Minisce, of Ormond Beach, for $279,900. Built in 2018, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,428 square feet.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 206, to Thomas and Elizabeth Russell, of Daytona Beach, for $259,900. Built in 2018, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,248 square feet.

Nicholas and Gynni Diloreto, of Ormond Beach, sold 1421 Springleaf Drive to Susan Hisey, of Ormond Beach, for $249,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,587 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $198,400.

Joan Kazanowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Misners Trail to Jerald Barker and Shannon Sweeney, of Ormond Beach, for $198,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,408 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $133,000.

Joseph Cleveland and Barbara Cunningham sold 199 Warwick Ave. to David Hill, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $80,000.

Paul and Susan Fischer, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Pleasantwood Way to Roert and Evelyn Marshall, of Ormond Beach, for $359,900. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,740 square feet.

Jerome Rubin, as trustee, sold 43 Creek Bluff Way to Terri Gomez, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,750 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $124,900.

Broadwater

Fouad and Elaine Mina, of Dix Hills, New York, sold 6 Broadcreek Circle to Michael and Rachel Medvezky, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,673 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $550,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 309 Nottinghill St. to Gary Goodenow, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 2/2 and has an outdoor fireplace and 2,090 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Adel and Secil Soliman, of Odessa, sold 3313 Westmeath Drive to Michael and Nicole Cavella, of Ormond Beach, for $362,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,501 square feet.

George Baldyga and John Baldyga, of Castle Rock, Colorado, sold 3280 Grafton Drive to Joan Kazanowski, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $228,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

William and Ashleigh McLaughlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 49 Foxcroft Run to Nancy and Manuel Bans, and Maria Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $660,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,843 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $510,000.

John and Glenna Tegner sold 9 Foxhunter Flat to Michelle Moreno, as trustee, for $514,900. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,014 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $463,800.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of Orlando, sold 295 Sandoval Drive to Maury Dillender and Jason Farah, of Ormond Beach, for $268,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,753 square feet.

Oak Forest

Alicia Page sold 10 Larisa Terrace to Michael Johanson Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, gazebo and 2,579 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $131,500.

Plantation Bay

Kevin and Marion Byrnes, of Ormond Beach, sold 403 Seabrook Road to Heidi Cassata, of Ormond Beach, for $296,900. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $325,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 1162 Kilkenny Lane to Phillip Carson, of Ormond Beach, for $238,875. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,761 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $320,978.

Karla Langlotz, individually and as trustee, sold 112 Timberline Trail to Isabella Crimmins, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $65,200.

Angela Nickell, of Newland, North Carolina, sold 3 Lauren Court to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $327,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,360 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $262,000.

Jeffrey Harris and Paula Barron, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 140 Deer Lake Circle to Leslie and Alexis Soard, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,581 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $189,000.

Frederick and Terri Kreamer, of Bernville, North Carolina, sold 51 Seabreeze Drive to Asandks LLC, of North Port, for $219,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 792 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $192,000.
