A house on the beach was the top real estate transaction for March 18 through March 24 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Roger and Elizabeth Lewis, of Ormond Beach, sold 431 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Padmaja Sai, of Ormond Beach, for $2,100,000. Built in 1951, the house has seven bedrooms, six and three-half baths and 6,927 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $380,000.

Ormond Beach

DTS Property, LLC, as trustee, sold 411 Harbour Lights Drive to James and Denise Meredith, of Ormond Beach, for $234,995. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $170,000.

Matthew and Amber Riccaboni, of Ormond Beach, sold 276 Timberline Trail to Jayson Ryter, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $155,000.

Mario Stazzone, of Ormond Beach, sold 54 N. Capri Drive to Ormond Reality, Inc., as trustee, for $125,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $86,000.

Charles Marshall and Donna Craig, of Ormond Beach, sold 38 Plaza Grande Ave. to Larry and Virginia Bateman, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, four and two-half baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 3,288 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $405,000.

Olga Ruiz, of Williamsburg, Virginia, sold 131 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Blue Skies Real Estate, LLC, as trustee, for $250,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 1970 for $30,600.

Deborah Warren, of Ocklawaha, sold 1319 Fleming Ave. to Katrina Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,202 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $52,000.

Kat Ventures CZ, LLC, as trustee, sold 88 Valencia Drive to Eduardo Madrigano and Maria Di Carlo, of Daytona Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,327 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $152,000.

Ronda Danley, of Ormond Beach, sold 304 Sawmill Creek Court to Colin Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,226 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $126,900.

Wayne Bessette, of Ormond Beach, sold 495 Wild Olive Ave. to Gerrit and Michael Boele, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $200,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land, LLC, as trustee, sold 349 Nottinghill St. to Harry Farmer and Margaret Farmer, of Ormond Beach, for $298,967. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet.

CP and SP Residential Land, LLC, as trustee, sold 417 Nottinghill St. to William and Kathy Carter, of Macon, Georgia, for $419,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

Oak Forest

Allan and Frances Murdock, of Daytona Beach, sold 29 Sycamore Circle to Robert and Erica Denke, of West Hartford, Connecticut, for $260,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,060 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $145,000.

Ormond Lakes

Yannick Grenier, of Cincinnati, sold 3 Oscelot Court to Phillip Boucher and Sheila Boucher, of Ormond Beach, for $386,500. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 3,223 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $376,300.

Plantation Bay

Charles Lamb, as trustee, sold 1116 Kilkenny Lane to Connie and George Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $213,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $222,700.

John and Carolyn Hanson, of Newnan, Georgia, sold 3100 Acoma Drive to Gary and Carol Stafford, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $630,000.

Michael and Josephine Morello, of The Villages, sold 1209 Kilkenny Court to Alexis Bobbitt, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $272,700.

Plantation Pines

James and Cornella Medcalf, of Ormond Beach, sold 244 Conifer Lane to Jury Case and Tara Thomson, of Ormond Beach, for $296,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,892 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $115,000.

The Trails

Jacqueline Roberts, as trustee, sold 44 River Ridge Trail to Carl and Kristina Epp, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,478 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $115,000.

Tymber Creek

Chreerasak and Diane Bhothipiti, of Greenville, South Carolina, sold 242 Ashford Court to Thomas and Carol Glatz, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,319 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $78,600.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Mark’s Beach House 61, LLC, as trustee, sold 61 Tropical Drive to Sherie Laurens, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,008 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $176,300.

Jeffrey Fisk, of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 111, to Betty Costley, of Ormond Beach, for $171,500. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $45,000.

Patrick and Wendy Finn, of Alexandria, Virginia, sold 155 Roberta Road to Rita Wood, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,416 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $161,000.
