Alan Kisseloff, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Eloise Circle to John McGurk and Janet Young, of Ormond Beach, for $486,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,886 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $235,000.

Ormond Beach

William Simpson and Alfonza McCollum, of Port Orange, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 2070, to Michael and Irma Brennan, of Dallas, for $315,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $225,000.

Hunter and Rebecca Dalton, of Ormond Beach, sold 545 Sandy Oaks Blvd. to Scioto Properties SP-16 LLC, of Powell, Ohio, for $255,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,144 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $229,900.

Patricia Craven, of Ormond Beach, sold 932 Northbrook Drive to Stephen and Margaret Holleran, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $77,000.

Dawn Beltrami, of Ormond Beach, sold 450 Harbour Lights Drive to Rolland and Barbara Lefebvre, of Ormond Beach, for $228,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,478 square feet.

Matthew and Lisa Conover sold 4 Pine Trail Circle to Robert Banis, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet.

Diane and Travis Tingler, of Ormond Beach, sold 208 Ponce de Leon Drive to William Hungate and Lisa Kugrens, of Viera, for $185,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,157 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $105,000.

Gay Ferrante, of Silver Springs, Maryland, sold 920 Northbrook Drive to Yulia Zhirnova and Jason Webb, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,526 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $84,500.

Susan Guerdon sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 616, to Jan Skrefsrud and Nina Odegard, of Norway, for $152,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $215,000.

Hayden Haddox, of Bluffton, South Carolina, sold 29 Fair Oaks Circle to David Justice, and Haley and Gabrielle Justice, of Ormond Beach, for $89,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $72,500.

Halifax Plantation

Joan Kramer sold 3321 Glenshane Way to William Rebarick, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $220,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

KB Home Jacksonville LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 67 Pergola Place to Amanda and Lance Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $257,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,295 square feet.

MaryAnn and James Dukes, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Pergola Place to Shelby Sia, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,207 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $163,207.

John and Rose Braun, of Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, sold 31 Pergola Place to Michael and Nicole Caine, of Ormond Beach, for $234,900. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $171,421.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 712 Aldenham Lane to Frank Juliano Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 2017, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

The Trails

Stephen and Margaret Holleran sold 16 Fox Run Trail to Anneliese Rosser, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $192,500.

Tomoka Oaks

Wilma Price, of Cary, North Carolina, sold 26 N. St. Andrews Drive to Ferdin and Sherry Wallace, and Fred Larmore Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,354 square feet.

Gail Burton sold 46 N. St. Andrews Drive to Travis and Diane Tingler, of Ormond Beach, for $309,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,924 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $200,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Joseph and Mary Jane Ranalli, of Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, sold 22 Sunny Beach Drive to Johnny McGrew and Christopher Argalas, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet.

Jeffrey Fuller sold 22 Surfside Drive to Jacqueline Coetzee, as trustee, for $355,000. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2017 for $242,600.

Scott Grande sold 2305 John Anderson Drive to Christine DeMontravel, of Ormond Beach, for $307,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,844 square feet.

Four Corners Diversified Group Inc. sold 4 Monterey Circle to Joseph and Maurine Larkin, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $175,000.

Robert and Joanne Och, of Berlin, Maryland, sold 35 Morning Star Ave. to Nancy Bizzle, of Ormond Beach, for $260,050. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,685 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $170,000.

Marvin and Ruth Fives, and Caroline Melton, sold 27 Juniper Drive to Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2001 for $137,000.

Michael Boyle, of Dumont, New Jersey, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 318, to David and Deborah Dewey, of Indianapolis, for $189,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $172,000.
