Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,157 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $190,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold 242 River Vale Lane to Vivian Breier, of Ormond Beach, for $236,361. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,821 square feet.

William and Joan Rowe, of Ormond Beach, sold 287 Millview Court to Kathlyn Houde, of Huntington Station, New York, for $200,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $124,000.

Cindy Bohannon and Doris Ferguson, of Mattoon, Illinois, sold 120 Northbrook Lane to Vincent and Nina Bovio, as trustees, for $165,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $109,500.

Marian and Harold Foy, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Mainsail Circle to Richard Wendland, of Ormond Beach, for $158,400. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,146 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $122,000.

Common Wealth Trust Services LLC, as trustee, sold 141 S. Washington St. to David Weitz, of Daytona Beach, for $139,900. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet.

Lawrence and Joyce Gibel, of St. Augustine, sold 373 Riverside Drive to Anthony and Miriam Potts, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1949, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,898 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $213,500.

Halifax Plantation

John and Patricia Doyle, individually and as trustees, sold 3740 Mayo Circle to James and Cheryl Langeway, individually and as trustees, for $375,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,645 square feet.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3136 Bailey Ann Drive to A. Leigh and Kathleen Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $239,405. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet.

Margaret O’Neill, of Ormond Beach, sold 3130 Kailani Court to Stanley Little Sr., of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2002, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $146,500.

Geraldine Babitts sold 1170 Athlone Way to Sydney and Sherrill Morgan, as trustees, for $199,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $143,000.

Royce Ulibarri and Daphne Denton, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Timberlake Lane to Jonathan Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,328 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,100.

Jacqueline Johnson sold 31 Blockhouse Court to Ronald Ray, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,049 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $275,000.

Edward and Janet Jensen sold 19 Cliffside Drive to Gaetano and Christina Morello, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,337 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Bernard Grynastyl sold 1143 Hansberry Court to Susan Carrier, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $152,000.

Plantation Pines

Ronald and Lynne Johns, of Ormond Beach, sold 3689 Scotch Pine Lane to Lynn and Claire Marks, of Ormond Beach, for $304,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,976 square feet. It sold in 2004 for$172,000.

Spring Meadows

Matthew Cavarretta sold 30 Spring Meadows Drive to Thomas Huntington Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,924 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $143,900.

The Trails

William Kautz, of Daytona Beach, sold 325 Timberline Trail to Royce Ulibarri, of Ormond Beach, for $152,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,302 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $93,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Victoria Dugan, of Branford, sold 108 N. St. Andrews Drive to Sergio Faenza and Joann Marchese, of Ormond Beach, for $211,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,122 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $130,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Daniel and Kelli Spackman sold 1 Ocean Breeze Circle to James and Alycia Deering, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1974, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $170,000.

Waymond and Doris Williams, of Ocoee, sold 14 Hibiscus Drive to David Chaiffetz and Michele Davidson, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,250 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $200,000.

Anthony and Miriam Potts, of Ormond Beach, sold 2250 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 106, to John and Sheila Beasley, of Oviedo, for $180,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,010 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $167,300.

Matthew Field sold 129 Laurie Drive to Steven and Tami Catania, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 644 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $49,500.
