A house in the Talaquah neighborhood was the top transaction for Jan. 7-13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Arian Development LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 32 Talaquah Blvd. to Juli Lank, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,132 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $350,800.

Ormond Beach

James and Dana Silvernail, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Traceway Court to Ryan and Jen Ridder, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,917 square feet.

Robert and Carol Orr, of Bradenton, sold 53 Ivanhoe Drive to Robert Sepik Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $94,000.

Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, as trustee, sold 4 Parkside Way to TPDMF LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $165,100. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $185,000.

Daytona Easy Living Mobile Homes Inc. of Port Orange, sold 1103 Ave. G to James Sweet, of Ormond Beach, for $50,000. Built in 1989, the mobile home has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Matthew and Ruth Kelly sold 1 Abacus Ave. to David Stevens, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $253,100.

Oak Forest

Gregory and Sandra Dudley, of Fort Pierce, sold 1410 Oak Forest Drive to Henry and Deborah Friede, of Ormond Beach, for $327,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,470 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Concetta Summerlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Indianbow Lane to David and Iva Lewis, as trustees, for $290,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,966 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $250,000.

William Ryan, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Blockhouse Court to Eugene Ryan, of Ormond Beach, Andrew Ryan, of Vero Beach, and Suann More, of Wilmington, North Carolina, to John O’Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1997, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,945 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $154,621.

Plantation Bay

Robert and Pamela Clatterbuck, of Bunnell, sold 1241 Sunningdale Lane to Mark Simpson, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,936 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $198,000.

Gaurav and Radhika Patel, of Ormond Beach, sold 1149 Kilkenny Lane to Charles Schuster, of Middle Island, New York, for $238,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $212,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 726 Aldenham Lane to Matthew Cabral, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,056 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Branyel Thomas, of Daytona Beach, sold 40 Concord Drive to Kevin and Suzanne McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, for $398,700. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,824 square feet.

John and Janet Zanelotti, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 S. Sea Island Drive to Alan Barr and Carol Troxel, of Ormond Beach, for $377,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,618 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $243,000.

Alan Barr, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Longfellow Circle to Frederick and Ginger Beck, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $130,000.

Four Corners Diversified Group sold 68 Ocean Shore Drive to Celia Nolin, of Ormond Beach, for $216,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 810 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $104,000.

Kevin and Suzanne McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Seacrest Drive to Dominick and Melissa Ferrara, of Cumming, Georgia, for $219,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $172,200.
