A house on North Beach Street with river access was the top real estate transaction for May 27 to June 2 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Peggy and Woodrow Sharkey, of Daytona Beach, sold 200 N. Beach St. to Donald and Julie Rhodes, of Ormond Beach, for $699,000. Built in 1911, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,759 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $575,000.

Ormond Beach

Michael Kurowski sold 16 N. Ravensfield Lane to Ashley Morelli, of Ormond Beach, for $395,500. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,595 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $260,000.

Evans and Charlotte Nichols, of Ormond Beach, sold 823 Loyola Drive to Robert Ross, of Ormond Beach, for $264,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $43,000.

Troy and Desiree Gachett, of Ormond Beach, sold 74 Chrysanthemum Drive to Ireny Sedrak, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,503 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $193,700.

Richard and Deborah Johnson, of DeLand, sold 50 Plaza Drive to Whitney and Michael Lynch, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $172,000.

Louis McNally III sold 1107 Sherbourne Way to Jess Hires, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $149,500.

Nicholas and Luan Nugent, and Margaret Nugent, of Ormond Beach, sold 1310 Wandering Oaks Drive to Richard Williamson and Alexandra Eddy, of Ormond Beach, for $219,900. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $155,00.

Harvey Jones, of Osteen, sold 94 Oak Ave. to Thomas Farnsworth, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,905 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $195,000.

Christine Bergstrom, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Brookwood Drive to Mary Barker, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,556 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $77,000.

Sunny Beach Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1007 Calle Grande St. to Kimberly Henderson, of Ormond Beach, for $175,500. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold In 2017 for $95,800.

Charles and Denise Cooke, of Port Orange, sold 55 Oak Ave. to David Vasas, of Ormond Beach, for $175,500. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,324 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $162,000.

Peter and Bonnie Fanning, of Corryton, Tennessee, sold 1812 Hope Drive to Steven and Stephanie Black, of Ormond Beach, for $139,900. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,064 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $29,200.

Chiang Wu and Marisel Colon, of Miami, sold 152 Ponce De Leon Drive to Robert Irving and Elizabeth Postiglione, of Holiday, for$130,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

Breakaway Trails

Laura Andrews and Robert Patt, of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold 3 Fawn Pass Way to James and Shelia Rumora, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,090 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $415,100.

Halifax Plantation

Joseph and Elizabeth Cassella, of Daytona Beach, sold 3950 Tano Drive to Stephen Bittner and Candace Martino, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,861 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $115,200.

Oak Forest

Ronald and Kathleen Hackl, of San Lorenzo, California, sold 8 Walden Lane to Ronald Franks, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $220,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 681 Aldenham Lane to Thomas Sperrazza and Sandra Argenio, of Ormond Beach, for $366,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

The Trails

Linda Silva sold 114 Horseshoe Trail to Barbara Phillips, of Ormond Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,915 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $155,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Sydney and Elizabeth Hodkinson, of Daytona Beach, sold 2589 John Anderson Drive to Shanan and Jocelyn Mazelow, of Ormond Beach, for $614,640. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,127 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $147,500.

Lioudmila Koudriachova, of Ormond Beach, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Melanie Tenney, as trustee, for $475,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $605,000.

Janine Kosek, of Tucson, Arizona, sold 30 Silk Oaks Drive to Thomas Blanchat and Martha Stuart, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,244 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $82,000.

Patricia Allen sold 21 Berkley Road to Brian and Robin Delaney, of Orlando, for $250,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $116,900.

Dani Finney, individually and as trustee, and Brian Finney, of Champions Gate, sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3060, to Dale and Nancy Reis, of Mansfield, Ohio, for $220,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,190 square feet.

Somporn Hewitt, of Eden, North Carolina, sold 6 Alamanda Drive to Hector and Nancy Guzman, of Plant City, for $172,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,022 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $125,000.
