The top real estate sales transaction for Dec. 3-9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea is in Breakaway Trails. Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 69 Tomoka Ridge Way to Neha Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $450,719. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a three-car garage and 2,599 square feet of living space.

Ormond Beach

Houshang and Firouzeh Tavakoli, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 N. Ravensfield Lane to Edwin and Cynthia Fennell, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,841 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $357,500.

Harry and Edythe Watt, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Carrington Lane to Frank and Rosetta Munley, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,655 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $310,500.

Kathleen Ryan, Timothy Benson and Thomas Benson sold 480 Cedar St. to Tamale Dale and William Goerl, of Ormond Beach, for $269,000. Built in 1956, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,869 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $130,000.

Jarvis Jackson, of Daytona Beach, sold 527 Lake Bridge Drive to Robert and Nancy Willis, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,599 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $94,900.

Thomas Robinson, of Ormond Beach, sold 113 Northbrook Circle to David Kunz, of Flagler Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,448 square feet. It sold in October for $160,000.

U.S. Bank National Association sold 47 Crestwood Circle to Robert Duncanson, of Ormond Beach, for $136,258. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $145,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 385 Nottinghill St. to Firouzeh and Houshang Tavakoli, of Ormond Beach, for $348,608. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,808 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Kristen and Craig Robbins, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Abacus Ave. to William and Maria Rogers, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,809 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $258,000.

Bryan Shaffer sold 8 Dormer Drive to Eugene and Samantha Crouch, of Ormond Beach, for $307,900. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,733 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $285,355.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 685 Aldenham Lane to Horace Vickers Sr., of Ormond Beach, for $333,280. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.

Thomas and Lois Donahue sold 1100 Hartbourne Lane to Timothy and Paula Jo Prehn, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,953 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $233,220.

Robert Traul Jr. sold 1226 Crown Pointe Lane to Ralph Camerlengo and Patricia Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $264,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,204 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $225,000.

National Residential Nominee Services Inc., of Plano, Texas, sold 1240 Kilkenny Court to Theresa Maugeri, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $222,500.

Louis and Karen Leo, of Bedminster, New Jersey, sold 1129 Hansberry Court to Donald Glennon, as trustee, for $192,150. Built in 2005, the townhome has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,542 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $162,360.

Rebecca Phelps, of Denver, sold 8 Tomahawk Trail to George Suffridge Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $135,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Andras and Hajnalka Varhelyi, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Pebble Beach Drive to Stephanie Burrows, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,667 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $245,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Timothy Green, Darrell Carfield and Gaelyn Carfield sold 1289 John Anderson Drive to Robert Bittner and Amanda Dack, of Ormond Beach, for $280,750. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $249,900.

Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, sold 54 Seacrest Drive to William Lozzi and Kristen Darby, of Winter Garden, for $230,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 768 square feet. It sold in August for $170,000.

Irina Portnoy, of Aurora, Colorado, sold 58 Seacrest Drive to Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 792 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $131,000.
