A house with a swimming pool in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate transaction for April 1 through April 7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Jeffrey and Jane Edmond, of Land O Lakes, sold 3753 Mayo Circle to F. Thomas and Patrice Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,863 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $345,000.

Dale and Donna McCormick, of Ormond Beach, sold 182 Arborvue Trail to Kaitlyn McKinley, of Ormond Beach, for $186,165. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,793 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $134,500.
Frederick and Diane Fox, of Ormond Beach, sold 107 Pinion Circle to Christine and Brandon Robertson, of Port Orange, for $180,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,486 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $109,500.
Celena Beatty, of Ormond Beach, sold 731 E. Lindenwood Circle to Robert Cook, of Jacksonville, for $249,900. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,386 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $135,000.
Howard Cox, of Concord, North Carolina, sold 5 Timberline Trail, unit C, toJames and Jacalyn Hillman, of Prudenville, Michigan, for $163,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $170,000.
Lourdes Pagan, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 10 Oakwood Park to Equity Trust Custodian FBO Nancy Knapp IRA, as trustee, for $132,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $60,000.
Brian Seeber, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Fox Hollow Drive to Karim and Renee Peter, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,978 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $185,000.

Cathy and Lawrence Long, of Ormond Beach, sold 537 Aldenham Lane to Stephen and Rosemarie Loose, of Ormond Beach, for $339,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 2,102 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $272,400.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, as trustee, sold 743 Aldenham Lane to Shirley Beal and Brian Counts, of Ormond Beach, for $252,275. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.
Mark and Heide Guirguis, of Stafford, Virginia, sold 1217 Hampstead Lane to Robert and Lucy Bursey, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, three and two-half baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 2,917 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $349,900.

Ronald Franks, of Ormond Beach, sold 251 Woodstock Court to Allen McClimon, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,957 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $145,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Arnold and Jessica Taylor, Stephen and Angela Breuer, Frank and Debra Large, of Green Cove Springs, sold 2534 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 126, to Kimberly Fatout, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1978, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 850 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $79,000.
Antonio and Luciana Marques, of Ormond Beach, sold 72 Sunny Shore Drive to Joseph Hughes and Cary Keesecker, of Ormond Beach, for $222,500. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,378 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.
William Cole, of Newtown, Connecticut, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 77, to Janely and Ivania, LLC, as trustee, for $115,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $75,000.
