A four-bedroom house was the top real estate sales transaction for Dec. 25-31 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Thomas and Carol Glatz sold 17 Lakebluff Drive to Annette and Steve Caito, of Ormond Beach, for $352,500. Built in 2002, the house has 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,989 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $325,000.

Ormond Beach

Lexa Grierson and Kimberly Farrell, of Edgewater, Maryland, sold 200 Windward Lane to Joyce Levy, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, 25 baths and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $250,000.

Verla Turner and Querita Bennett sold 1118 Wandering Oaks Drive to Kevin Timmons, of Ormond Beach, for $227,900. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,752 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $190,000.

Sangeeta Bhoola, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Sounders Trail to William and Brenda Phillips, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,087 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $350,000.

Yogada LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Country Club Drive to Matthew Dye, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1965, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,005 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $295,500.

Mary Fox, as trustee, sold 15 Misners Trail to David and Elaine Hoehn, of Ormond Beach, for $163,241. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $89,500.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, sold 172 Fleming Ave. to Lelia Mora and Tatiana Ramirez, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $90,000.

Katherine Fulcher, of Ormond Beach, sold 106 Northbrook Lane to Christine Redmond, of Ormond Beach, for $124,800. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,132 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $63,000.

Virginia Pearson sold 128 Northbrook Lane to Jenine Verstay, of Ormond Beach, for $119,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,137 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $54,400.

Linda Walker, of Jacksonville, sold 92 S. Orchard St. to Georgeina Fleming, of Ormond Beach, for $117,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,037 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $28,900.

Cynthia Taylor, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Carriage Creek Way to James and Xiaying Wilkerson, of Ormond Beach, for $219,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,051 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $126,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 468 Chelsea Place Drive to Sonia Folsom, of Ormond Beach, for $276,631. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.

Roger Grubic and Magdeline Colburn, of Ormond Beach, sold 4142 Salina Lane to Frank and Annie Dachille, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, for $415,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,771 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $389,000.

Dawn Edwards, of Henderson, North Carolina, sold 1443 Carlow Circle to Barry and Heather Rishel, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $164,900.

Michael and Sandra Walters, of Florence, Montana, sold 1285 Sunningdale Lane to Raymond Howell and Heather Daly-Donofrio, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,424 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $233,926.

Jeanne Cagan, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 1318 Hansberry Lane to Eva Fleischman, as trustee, for $195,000. Built in 2010, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $156,000.

Aaron and Amanda Arrasmith, of Maysville, Kentucky, sold 5 Autumnwood Trail to Kelly Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Peter Cappelli, as trustee, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit B6, to Karen Sellick, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

Barry Sizemore sold 16 Longfellow Circle to Robert and Donna Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1969, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,166 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $155,000.

James Stimac, of Peru, Illinois, sold 2600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Dennis Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $77,000.

Four Corners Diversified Group Inc. sold 15 Alamanda Drive to John Berrios, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in April for $130,000.

POCO Enterprises LLC, of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, sold 10 River Drive to John and Martha Heinbockel, of Ocala, for $175,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 728 square feet.

Konstantine Bisbikos, of Toronto, Ontario, sold 67 River Drive to Stephen and Lori Chaconas, of Flagler Beach, for $147,500. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 940 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $110,000.

Priscilla and Gerald Gailey, of Cape Coral, sold 1167 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6, to Cherie Stevens, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1971, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 450 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $95,000.

Arthur and Bonnie Gibert, of Chamblee, Georgia, sold 2450 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 20, to Walter and Ruth Doyle, of Daytona Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1987, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 705 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $66,100.
