A house in The Trails was the top transaction for Dec. 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Bruce and Jane Kaufman, individually and as trustees, sold 20 Twelve Oaks Trail to Susan Bateman, of Ontario, Canada, for $835,000. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 5,464 square feet.

Ormond Beach

James Ritchie, individually and as trustee, sold 20 Marjorie Trail to Kevin Choyka, of Ormond Beach, for $232,500. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,028 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $137,000.

Breckenridge Property Fund 2016 LLC, of Redondo Beach, California, sold 6 Brookwood Court to Michael and Jennifer Ireland, of Ormond Beach, for $226,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,751 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $73,900.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 915 Oceanshore Blvd., Unit 507, to Allan Elmore, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $340,000.

James and Andraea Stowers sold 805 Candlewood Circle to Philip and Claudia Hine, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,959 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $97,500.

Michael and Paige Glover, of Ormond Beach, sold 791 W. River Oak Drive to Mark and Sandra Emery, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,466 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $105,000.

Jonathan Sanders, of Hudson, Ohio, sold 12 Alamanda Drive to Mark and Gezzi Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $184,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,353 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $196,000.

Lauren Sanders sold 71 Broadmoor Circle to Brian and Michelle Schrunk, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,409 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $135,000.

Gail and Jack Klingenberger, of Ormond Beach, sold 108 Northbrook Lane to Steven Milway, of Westminster, Colorado, for $160,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $82,900.

Patrick and Amelyn Wall sold 1178 Athlone Way to James Donaghy, of Flagler Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,573 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $125,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Diane and James Gillies, of Kingsport, Tennessee, sold 3 Buckthorn Look to Ronald Zuber, of Canton, Michigan, for $288,000. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool and 2,613 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Louise Glorioso, of Miami, sold 61 Timucuan Drive to Roy and Margaret Ness, of Ormond Beach, for $224,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $179,100.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 677 Aldenham Lane to Allan Elmore, of Ormond Beach, for $375,081. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,396 square feet.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 588 Aldenham Lane to Vincent Knipfing, as trustee, for $350,796. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,104 square feet.

Peter and Hedwig Poull, of Port Washington, Wisconsin, sold 1171 Kilkenny Lane to Wesley and Donna Hankes, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $289,440.

Anne Killeen, of Ormond Beach, sold 1317 Hansberry Lane to Lynn and Sherrie Farr, as trustees, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,542 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $247,400.

Ray and Robin Weiss, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Choctaw Trail to Helen Casoli, of Ormond Beach, for $257,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,945 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 8 Lake Walden Trail to Shannon Richtr, of Ormond Beach, for $207,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $149,000.

Katherine and Frank Marriott, of Ormond Beach, sold 163 Pine Cone Trail to Adaptive Solutions LLC, of Holly Hill, for $140,000. Built in 1977, the town house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $159,700.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

James Rauck, of Grove City, Ohio, sold 3400 John Anderson Drive to Andrew Block and Jodie Gal, of Ormond Beach, for $710,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $637,000.

Sergei and Alla Yakovlev, of Ormond Beach, sold 118 Peninsula Winds Drive to Steven Morton, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,942 square feet.

Charles and Vera Hood, of Ormond Beach, sold 110 Mariners Drive to Donald and Peggy Kent, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $83,500.

Jeff and Lee Tinker, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Sunny Beach Drive to Robert Anetz, of Ormond Beach, for $258,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $170,000.

Tyler Fowler and Christina Fowler, of Ormond Beach, sold 65 Seabreeze Drive to Justin Trezise, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 926 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $129,000.

Francis Bruno, of DeLand, sold 11 Palm Drive to John and Linda Wright, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $53,000.
