A house on the river was the top real estate transaction for Feb. 16-22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Marjorie Bird Coltelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 347 N. Beach St. to Jeffrey and Lisa Randazzo, of Ormond Beach, for $1.26 million. Finished in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, two fireplaces, a boat dock, a boat lift, a boat house, a pool and 6,622 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Albert and Marion Brito, of Bunnell, sold 238 Ashford Court to Matthew and Maggie Prescott, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,428 square feet.
Paul and Karen Weidner, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Charleston Square to Sara Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $224,900. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,392 square feet.
Nationstar HECM Acquisition Trust, as trustee, sold 2 Lake Vista Way to Adam and Dana Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces, a pool, a jacuzzi and 2,504 square feet.
Peter Glazebrook, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Nature Trail to Househang and Firouzeh Tavakoli, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 2001, the townhouse has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,444 square feet.
Robert Bauch II, of Quechee, Vermont, sold 761 E. Lindenwood Circle to Juli and Darby Gippert, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 1973, he house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,713 square feet.
