A house with a pool overlooking the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for April 15 through April 21 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Marilyn French, of Ormond Beach, sold 3662 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey Lodge and Kyna Graus-Zimmerman, of Elk Grove, California, for $847,500. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock and lift, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 3,734 square feet. The lot sold in 1990 for $152,500.

Ormond Beach

Elaine Norwalk, of Parkland, sold 218 Royal Dunes Circle to Keith Hardin, of Greenwood, Indiana, for $258,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,734 square feet.

Jacqueline Collins, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Ponce De Leon Drive to Raffaele Russo and Vincent Stragapede, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 840 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $76,500.

Snow Enterprises, LLC, as trustee, sold 2320 Baja Trail to Justin Nguyen, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a barn and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $135,000.

John Lynch, of Daytona Beach, sold 545 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Matthew Hopper, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $99,900.

Troy and Michelle Flis, of Flagler Beach, sold 36 Kingsbridge Crossing Drive to Maggie Stokes, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1999, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 2,830 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $350,000.

Nancy Cushing, of Flagler Beach, sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., unit 203, to John and Donna Richard, of Altamonte Springs, for $93,000. Built in 1987, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 349 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $140,000.

Kemp Montague, of Ormond Beach, sold 234 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Stephanie Staff, of Ormond Beach, for $47,500. Built in 1920, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 778 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $43,000.

Gregory Jaap, of Tallahassee, sold 124 Northbrook Lane to Polita and Craig Skreland, of Ormond Beach, for $159,900. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,183 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $145,000.

Kenneth and Shirley Cherry, and Justin Cherry, of Albion, New York, sold 67 Buckskin Lane to William and Nancy Bradford, of Ponce Inlet, for $320,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, barn, Jacuzzi and 3,430 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $270,000.

Short Hills, LLC, as trustee, sold 584 Collins St. to Daniel Bintz, of Ormond Beach, for $64,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $18,000.

Edwin and Jeanne Brockett, of Ormond Beach, sold 570 N. Tymber Creek Road to Sarah O’Dwyer, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1999, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,200 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $225,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land, LLC, as trustee, sold 413 Nottinghill St. to Maree and Matthew Collins, of Ormond Beach, for $392,975. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,402 square feet.

Forest Hills

Frank and Lisa Rybolt, of Port Orange, sold 363 Thackery Road to Ashley Horton, of Ormond Beach, for $167,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $174,900.

Halifax Plantation

Michael and Carolyn Gosse, of Sterling, Virginia, sold 3409 Rexford Circle to Lorraine Albanese, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2004, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,633 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $320,000.

Scott and Anne Lunsford, of Flagler Beach, sold 1209 Kirkpatrick Circle to Brett and Lisa Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $556,250. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 3,406 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $500,000.

Mallards Reach

Nicole and Michael Cavella, Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Manderley Lane to Haran Shirley and Diana Shirley, of Ormond Beach, for $382,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,818 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $260,000.

Plantation Bay

William and Anna Lange, of Bradenton, sold 1326 Hansberry Lane to Garry and Mickey Richeson, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2010, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $152,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Linda Rubino, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Essex Drive to Kenneth and Mary Bragers, of Ormond Beach, for $192,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 920 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $142,000.

Sol Weston, of Ormond Beach, sold 1906 John Anderson Drive to Brian and Lisa Alexander, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 1961, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,200 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $218,000.

Ray and Patricia Scannell, of Dandridge, Tennessee, sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 17, to Stanley and Laurie Lacienski, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $230,000.

Bailey Elliot Enterprises Inc, as trustee, sold 20 Julie Drive to Lucania Family Trust, of McKinney, Texas, for $365,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,405 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $240,300.

Robert and Amanda Bittner, of Ormond Beach, sold 63 Hibiscus Drive to Michael Bretzel, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $80,000.

Orest and Helen Maksimowich, and Raymond and Victoria Maksimowich, as trustees, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 210, to Teresa Ward, of Owensboro, Kentucky, for $196,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $38,500.
