A house on Riverside Drive was the top transaction for Dec. 10-16 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Charles and Linda Williams sold 130 Riverside Drive to Rohit and Katrina Khanna, of Ormond Beach, for $875,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,189 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $305,000.

Ormond Beach

Gregory and Rose McIntyre, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Oakview Circle to Thomas and Karen Swanick, of Daytona Beach, for $242,500. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $183,900.

Stephen and Christine Braun sold 540 Sunny Oaks Blvd. to Michael and Paige Glover, of Ormond Beach, for $237,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $124,500.

Kevin and Doreen Rogalla, of Ormond Beach, sold 420 Oak Park Circle to Allison Chappell, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1972, the house has five bedrooms, two baths and 1,968 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $165,000.

Richard and Elizabeth Range, of Ormond Beach, sold 97 Valencia Drive to Glenn Lowry, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1954, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,884 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $53,500.

Arthur and Kathleen Oltmann, individually and as trustees, sold 105 Fiesta Circle to Teresa Sauro and Christina Nunez, of Ormond Beach, for $187,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,996 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $154,000.

Michael and Edward Wilkes, of Ormond Beach, sold 121 Nature Trail to Raymond and Robin Weiss, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1998, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,619 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $112,460.

Ellen Glaser and Lynn Diamond, individually and as trustees, sold 11 Brookside Circle to Daniel and Norma Morgan, of Ormond Beach, for $167,500. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,388 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $243,000.

Leslie and Steven Soard sold 1 Park Place to Jennifer Sciallo, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,307 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $70,000.

Kelly Bodiford, of Casselberry, sold 733 Fleming Ave. to Steve Ward, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $71,000.

Francis Thurston sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 103, to Richard Francis and Rebecca Francis Greene, of West Hollywood, California, for $90,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $80,000.

Breakaway Trails

Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 77 Tomoka Ridge Way to Kabir Wilson and Guadalupe Juarez, of Ormond Beach, for $448,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,583 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

James and Kathleen Devis, of Ormond Beach, sold 33 Abacus Ave. to Robert and Joan Burt, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,210 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $214,800.

Donald and Carolyn Parrillo, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Foxfield Look to George and Gillian Eberle, of Ormond Beach, for $253,500. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,839 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 757 Aldenham Lane to Joyce and William MacLean, of Ormond Beach, for $241,070. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

Linda Curtis, of Jacksonville, sold 1335 Hansberry Lane to Paul Bien, of Wappingers Falls, New York, for $187,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,300.

The Trails

Susan Bexley, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Birchwood Trail to Kathleen Bravo, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $90,000.

Aislinn Shaw, of Ormond Beach, sold 260 Timberline Trail to John Hartsell, of Omond Beach, for $131,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $179,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Conrad Hazen, individually and as trustee, sold 77 N. St. Andrews Drive to Shannon Stoddard, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,625 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Vitantonio and MaryAnn Carulli, and Anthony Carulli, of Ormond Beach, sold 3070 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Ettcon and Co. LLC, of Granby, Connecticut, for $367,500. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $235,000.

Kelly Lowe and Colleen Carrozza, individually and as trustees, sold 687 John Anderson Drive to Mitchell and Martha Gordon, of St. Augustine, for $275,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,048 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $67,000.

James and Stephanie Friedman, of Ormond Beach, sold 109 Longwood Drive to Randy and Janice Cooke, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $66,000.
