A house with a dock on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for Feb. 25 through March 3 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Miriam Buschman, individually and as trustee, sold 192 Riverside Drive to Meetesh and Sejal Desai, of Ormond Beach, for $820,000. Built in 1967, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 3,125 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $200,000.

Ormond Beach

Marian and Brooks Tomblin, of Daytona Beach, sold 406 N. Halifax Drive to Christine Merrell, of Ormond Beach, for $549,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,761 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $200,000.

Carol and Ralph Anderson sold 1060 N. Beach St. to Annette and Vicente Arribas, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,492 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $240,000.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1522 Springleaf Drive to Luis Gomez, of Coral Gables, for $217,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet.

William Masotta and Donna Bly, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Oak Ave. to Joseph Ashton, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,998 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $175,000.

Martha Gammon, individually and as trustee, sold 1952 Linda Ave. to Ralph and Claudia Phelps, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $101,000.

Gerald and Marian Zito sold 85 Bluebird Lane to Mark and Bonnie Barr, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,248 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $68,000.

Kathryn Williams sold 8 Fair Oaks Circle to Dana and Adam Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $145,000.

Christopher Connors and Ramona Cannon, of Holly Hill, sold 28 Fair Oaks Circle to Wanjiku Karanja, of Clarksburg, Maryland, for $93,000. Built in 1979, the townhome has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $69,000.

William and Anne Skewes, of Winter Garden, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 4110, to Angel Burgos and Donna Medwick, of Ormond Beach, for $89,500. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $155,000.

Breakaway Trails

Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 74 Tomoka Ridge Way to Mitul Patel and Sabrina Beecham, of Ormond Beach, for $740,108. Built in 2017, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 4,388 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Scottsmoor Investors LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3156 Bailey Ann Drive to Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $242,125. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.

Scottsmoor Investors LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3260 Grafton Drive to Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $233,012. Built in 2017, the villa has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Joan Wolfe, individually and as trustee, sold 1098 Hampstead Lane to Charles Lamb, of Ormond Beach, for $466,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,571 square feet.

Peter Furci and Kristen Welcome sold 1237 Hampstead Lane to Ronald Devarsey and Leslie McDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $255,465.

Heather Ryan, of Ormond Beach, sold 1421 Sunningdale Lane to Patricia Connell, of Ormond Beach, for $254,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $190,000.

Patricia Connell, of Ormond Beach, sold 1384 Sunningdale Lane to Kevin and Debra Lique, of Ormond Beach, for $253,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,864 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $223,000.

The Trails

Matthew and Christine Thomas, and Stephen Thomas, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Timberline Trail to Carl Delio, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $62,000.

Tomoka Estates

James and Elizabeth Thompson, of Sequatchie, Tennessee, sold 1115 Indigo Road to James and Ashley Lecas, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,266 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $135,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Robin Marks, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Ocean Edge Drive to Robbie and Sonya Proffitt, of Knoxville, Tennessee, for $625,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 984 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $67,100.

Paul and Christine Sanan, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Spanish Waters Drive to Matthew Field, of Littleton, Maine, for $320,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,320 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $129,000.

Robert Lowry, of Tucson, Arizona, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 702, to James and Patricia Ginter, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, for $247,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet.

Randy and Arlene Hobart, of Mooresville, North Carolina, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4070, to Scott Musial and Kelley Healey, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.

Robin and Raymond Hof, of Ormond Beach, sold 106 Lynnhurst Drive to Brandy and Tracy Yancy, of Ormond Beach, for $179,999. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 887 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $124,900.
