A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top transaction for Sept. 30 through Oct. 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Aron and Norma Newfield, of Daytona Beach, sold 1170 John Anderson Drive to 1170 John Anderson LLC, of Orlando, for $1.1 million. Built in 1984, the house has six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,491 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Everett and Lucille Manley, of Ormond Beach, sold 166 Windward Lane to Michael and Suzanne Furman, of Ormond Beach, for $520,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,446 square feet.

Laurie Bonk, of Ormond Beach, sold 764 Hope St. to Rebecca Mangali and Omar McFerren, of Ormond Beach, for $372,500. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,153 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $80,000.

Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 808 Marvin Road to Alta Hupp, of Lecanto, for $290,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,162 square feet. It sold in May for $180,500.

Harold Hilley, of Ormond Beach, sold 223 Milsap Road to C. Jeffrey and Lou Anne Chandler, of Florence, Alabama, for $280,000. Built in 1963, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,218 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $140,000.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1488 Springleaf Drive to Thien Trinh, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,775 square feet.

Gary and Mary Buckwalter, of Holly Hill, sold 167 Kimberly Drive to Prudence Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,669 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $243,000.

Bulldog LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Tara Place to Laurie Bonk, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $76,700.

Kathy Wise sold 507 Lake Bridge Drive to Kadine Wright, of Ormond Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $90,000.

John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Circle Creek Way to Debbie Kimble, of Ormond Beach, for $317,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $259,000.

Helen Kastner, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Creek Bluff Way to Margaret Busse, and James and Elizabeth Busse, of Ormond Beach, for $276,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,844 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Edward and Joyce Merkle sold 3900 Cree Drive to Michael and Norma Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2002, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,029 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $422,500.

Hunter’s Ridge

Benjamin and Debra Eby, of Flagler Beach, sold 13 Highwood Ridge Trail to Paul and Saundra Viscomi, of Ormond Beach, for $322,500. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,944 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $70,000.

Oak Forest

Merle Dohrman, individually and as trustee, sold 1418 Oak Forest Drive to Ralph Buchanan Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,092 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $98,500.

Randall and Dana Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 1544 Poplar Drive to Leah and Joshua Sessions, of Ormond Beach, for $224,900. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $167,000.

Ronald Ruotolo, individually and as trustee, sold 1334 Redbourne Lane to Dani Obeid, of Ormond Beach, for $790,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 4,132 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1.1 million.

Beverly Marshall, of Ormond Beach, sold 1159 Kilkenny Lane to Jill Jacoway, as trustee, for $289,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $198,000.

Bank of America NA, of Houston, sold 15 Iroquois Trail to Digger Consulting Corp., of Port Orange, for $178,100. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $105,000.

Rosemarie Dellner, of Caldwell, New Jersey, sold 54 Wildwood Trail to Kacie Dannehower, of Ormond Beach, for $154,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $74,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

M. Joan and William Wells, of New Albany, Indiana, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 306, to Scott and Julie Sheldon, of Altamonte Springs, for $285,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $238,000.

Angele Haight, individually and as trustee, sold 39 Morning Star Ave. to David Depatie and Teri Hart, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1966, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,517 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $85,000.

Diana Price sold 35 E. Sea Harbor Drive to Lena Montroso and Breck Jimison, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,533 square feet. IT sold in 1990 for $98,900.

Dougie Fresh LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3070, to Pamela Lopez, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $110,900.

Dorotea Rutherford and Giovanna Hudson, of Alexandria, Virginia, sold 16 Seacrest Drive to Renata Holder and Carrie Jepsen, of Dallas, for $199,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 792 square feet.
