In a week with closings limited by the New Year’s holiday, a house in Tomoka Oaks was the top transaction for Dec. 31-Jan. 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Bhanu and Premlata Patel, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Pebble Beach Drive to John Ortolani, of Ormond Beach, for $269,900. Built in 1974, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,706 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $105,000.

 

Ormond Beach

 

Michael and Teresa Caldwell, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Aston Circle to Deborah Moggio, of Ocean Park, Washington, for $210,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $157,900.

 

Halifax Plantation

Kathy Dixon, of Trinity, sold 3167 Kailani Court to Harold and Marie Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $202,000.

 

Hunter’s Ridge

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 22 Laurel Ridge Break to Glennon and Patricia Hendrix, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,829 square feet.

 

Matthew and Nicole Bailey, of Ormond Beach, sold 170 Pergola Place to E. Joseph LeCompte, as trustee, for $225,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $186,200.

 

Ormond-by-the-Sea

 

Brian and ChristineWeston, of Orefield, Pennsylvania, sold 20 Seabreeze Drive to Gail Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 957 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.
