Charles and Anne Lichtigman, and Investment Properties Exchange Services Inc. sold 820 John Anderson Drive to Indravadan and Saudamini Shah, of Ormond Beach, for $895,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 2,587 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $300,000.

Ormond Beach

Randall and Zoe Hendrix, as trustees, sold 458 S. Beach St. to Andrew and Wimberly Quay, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 1908, the house has six bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,422 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $475,000.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3157 Bailey Ann Drive to Lynne Carr, of Ormond Beach, for $259,843. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.

Kevin Connors, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Pleasant Drive to Barbara Diaz-Schmidt and Carlo Renda for $235,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,524 square feet.

Michael Briggs, individually and as trustee, sold 48 Rosewood Ave. to Christopher Faber, of Ormond Beach, for $167,500. Built in 1955, the townhome has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $65,000.

Randall Kelley, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 234 Timberline Trail to Vatche Tavitian, of River Vale, New Jersey, for $137,500. Built in 1980, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $105,000.

Ronald and Kordelia Velez, and Daniel Velez, of New Orleans, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 5170, to 640 North Nova Rd 517 LLC, of Cape Coral, for $90,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $83,000.

Halifax Plantation

Roger and Suzanne Losekamp, of Cincinnati, sold 3791 Carrick Drive to Carl and Diane Morrow, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,444 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $65,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Carl and Jacqueline Maloney, of Oscoda, Michigan, sold 38 Thornhill Chase Circle to Jose and Bethany Burgos, of Ormond Beach, for $378,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,202 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $316,500.

Billy and Roberta-Bobbie Thomas, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Huntsman Look to Jillian and Jamie Morrison, of Ormond Beach, for $372,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,870 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $361,400.

Lisa Ferrigno, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Laurel Ridge Break to Kyle and Kelly Selby, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,930 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $320,000.

Oak Forest

Anne Hudzink, of Wilton Manors, sold 7 Maryann Terrace to Julius Calder and Ashley Johns, of Ormond Beach, for $197,925. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,905 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $104,000.

Ormond Lakes

Michael and Ashley Brumfield, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, sold 40 Wild Cat Lane to Hope and Michael Webb, of Ormond Beach, for $312,500. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,068 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $250,000.

Plantation Bay

Paul Migus and Eva Kmiecic, of Quebec, sold 581 Aldenham Lane to Charles and Linda Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $255,000.

Diane and James Lafoy, of Daytona Beach, sold 1020 Kilkenny Lane to Patricia Dewees, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 2013, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $193,000.

Bruce and Kathleen Carlson, of Davidson, Michigan, sold 1068 Kilkenny Lane to Nancy Duryee-Aas, of Great Barrington, Maine, for $232,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $208,800.

Velma Lowe, of Ormond Beach, sold 50 Soco Trail to William Schneider Jr. and Martha King, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,614 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $151,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Lisa and Monty Musgrave, of Ormond Beach, sold 319 River Bluff Drive to Joel and Barbara Wallen, of Ormond Beach, for $325,900. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,206 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $333,500.

Trails North Forty

George and Marlene Andrews, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Big Buck Trail to Ronald and Julia Carver, of Ormond Beach, for $175,100. Built in 1998, the townhome has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,529 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $135,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Maria Alonso, of Miami, sold 57 Capistrano Drive to Robert and Laura LaRue, of Ormond Beach, for $263,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $255,000.

Martin and Suzanne Meaney, of Gray, Maine, sold 130 Marlin Drive to Clifford and Lisa Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $186,500.

James and Susan Walls, of Hiawassee, Georgia, sold 1601 E. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 225, to Lorin and Julee Emmerich, of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, for $207,500. Built in 1970, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $222,500.

Joseph Balazic Sr., individually and as trustee, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 501, to Larry and Susan Anderson, of Bondurant, Iowa, for $197,500. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $95,000.

Donna Smith, of Bushnell, sold 53 Carol Road to Thomas Grinder, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $133,000.
