A house on six acres in west Ormond Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 10-16 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert and Arlene Saum, of Black Mountain, North Carolina, sold 175 Buckskin Lane to Glenn and Susan Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,913 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $270,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Randall and Dana Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Peruvian Lane to Paul Marotta, of Ormond Beach, for $302,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $175,000.

David and Barbara McGrath, of Ormond Beach, sold 275 Riverside Drive to John Ayres, of Grove City, Pennsylvania, for $285,000. Built in 1950, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,792 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $129,900.

Kenneth and Teresa Plimpton, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Needles Lane to Marco Sanseverino and Raquel Govertsen, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $216,000.

Jeannette Anderson and Paul Bellanca, of Ormond Beach, sold 121 Sawtooth Lane to Cynthia Colonnello and Barbara Walla, of Ormond Beach, for $259,900. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,913 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $175,000.

John and Merina Lee, of Daytona Beach, sold 382 Military Blvd. to Marcus Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1975, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $148,000.

Zev Sonnenstein and John Todaro, of Oxford, sold 27 Stratford Place to Karen Beattie, of Ormond Beach, for $222,500. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,457 square feet. It sold in 2011 foe $137,500.

Richard Hill, of Palm Coast, sold 120 Bosarvey Drive to Morgan Belfer, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,119 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $127,500.

Rawdon and Melissa Gallman, of Ormond Beach, sold 217 Cherokee Road to James Feeley for $208,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $180,000.

Secretary of Veterans Affairs, of Washington D.C., sold 118 Dawn Drive to Kim and Carlos Jimenez, of Ormond Beach, for $203,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet.

Herbert Seely, of Ormond Beach, sold 283 Fir St. to Roger Vingris, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,540 square feet.

Robert Draughon and Charla Khatib sold 140 Limewood Place, Unit 4, to Scott Schreurs, of Hobart, New York, for $130,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $85,000.

Debra Hopes, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Fair Oaks Circle to Mark and Cathy Goldberg, of Las Vegas, Nevada, for $128,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $56,000.

George Setman sold 77 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Sabrina Vost, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $52,000.

Banghee Chi, of Bronx, New York, sold 1209 Arroyo Parkway to Bonnie Lambert and Robert Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $110,500. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,104 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $56,000.

Gold Label Holdings LLC, of Winter Park, sold 1705 Valencia Ave. to Margarita Morales of Orlando, for $97,700. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a swimming pool and 988 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $27,000.

Halifax Plantation

Beverly Keiffer, of Ormond Beach, sold 3709 Donegal Circle to Michael LeDoyen Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,187 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $230,000.

Natale and Rosemary Ordile, of Ormond Beach, sold 3170 Connemara Drive to Michael O’Rourke, of Flagler Beach, for $270,832. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,919 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $284,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Kathleen Bridges sold 2 Pine Look Pass to Larry and Jacquelyn Steese, of Ormond Beach, for $407,500. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,576 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $240,000.

Plantation Bay

Stoney Montgomery, of Jacksonville Beach, sold 439 Long Cove Road to Carlos Garcia and Sabastiana Zimmitti-Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,129 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $192,500.

Resolute Properties Ltd., of Norfolk, United Kingdom, sold 1044 Kilkenny Lane to Martin Carroll and Renee Gori-Carroll, of Spring Lake, North Carolina, for $226,500. Built in 2013, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2014 for4 $204,800.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Martin and Lori Bigenho sold 1 Ligustrum Circle to Bradley and Laurie Fondiler, of Ormond Beach, for $258,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,754 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $161,000.

Michael and Shona Johnston, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 16, to Joseph Hamilton, of Madison, New Jersey, for $188,500. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $152,000.

Appearance Pros LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 159 Laurie Drive to Richard Burnham, of Ormond Beach, for $174,900. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,137 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $167,000.
