A condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top transaction for Sept. 16-22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Douglas and Lori Davis, of Jacksonville, sold 1075 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 502, to William and Roseann Royle, of Birmingham, Michigan, for $610,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,243 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $420,000 Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Sylvia Boyett sold 3 Mill Run Court to Gerald Zavota, of Ormond Beach, for $277,500. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,122 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $125,000.
James and Helen Moseley, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Crossings Trail to Jessamyn Almenas-Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1992, the has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $150,000.
James Mitchell and John Anglea Jr., of Franklin, Tennessee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 301, to Thomas Harry, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1995, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $241,000.
AVSG Properties LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 351 Seminole Drive to Ronnie and Phyllis Bommarito, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,609 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $130,000.
Neal and Pamela Schulman, of Wesley Chapel, sold 46 Mayfield Terrace to Maureen Hale, of Ormond Beach, for $213,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,887 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $117,500.
Howard Fox, and John and Ronald Zebedee, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 205, to Elizabeth Dalrymple, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $178,000.
Evanggelia Pitsoulis, of Tucker, Georgia, sold 1291 Scottsdale Drive to Adam and Megan Baldridge, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,040 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $54,000.
Steve and Traci Postell sold 1220 Biltmore Drive to Shane Schmitz, of Longwood, for $140,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 952 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $51,000.
Gregory and Diane Hageman, of Ormond Beach, sold 49 Oak Ave. to Martin and Anna Raciborski, of Livingston, New Jersey, for $117,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,151 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $172,000.
Delone Dudley, of Baltimore, sold 1908 Sunny Palm Drive to Kathleen Dolan, of Ormond Beach, for $59,000. Built in 1968, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 624 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $18,000.

Blake and Paige Taelman sold 26 Forest View Way to Kenneth and Denise Gardner, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,133 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $225,000.
Sheila Elliot, of Indianapolis, sold 5 Bent Stream Way to Charles and Peggy France, of Ormond Beach, for $267,450. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $187,900.
Coquina Point
AAB Properties LLC, of Orlando, sold 43 China Moon Drive to Walter and Tiffany Kreusch, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,709 square feet.
Hunter’s Ridge
Patrick and Lisa Allison, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Canterbury Woods to Thomas and Sandra Stoiber, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,181 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $229,000.
Plantation Bay
Edwin and Linda White sold 1209 Sunningdale Lane to Robert Rupp, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2002, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,013 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $201,331.
Plantation Pines
Maureen Hale, of Ormond Beach, sold 3719 Lodge Pole Lane to Patrick and Lisa Allison for $250,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,193 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Ragnar Korthase, individually and as trustee, and Jennifer Korthase, of Eglin, Illinois, sold 111 Beau Rivage Drive to Benjamin and Julie Rayfield, of Ormond Beach, for $359,900. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,154 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $274,000.
Gerard and Jo-Ann Auger, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Julie Drive to Jae Chung and Hyon Chung, of Jacksonville, for $335,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,740 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $254,000.

Ronald Swanger, individually and as trustee, sold 10 Lynnhurst Drive, Unit 2070, to Steven Leverette, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $89,900.
