A house on a no-drive beach was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 19-25 in the Multiple Listing Service. John Heist, of Ormond Beach, sold 787 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Jeffrey and Suzanne Kenkel, of Irving, Texas, for $1.27 million. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,394 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $47,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Lee and Jennifer Corbitt, of The Villages, sold 116 Neptune Ave. to William and Erika Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $432,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,846 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $157,000.
Rhonda Hudson, of Ormond Beach, sold 900 Brookside Drive to Christopher and Carol Ingles, of Ormond Beach, for $281,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,756 square feet.
Dawn Heffern, Robert Gruber II, Scott Gruber, Sheree Shorey and Brett Gruber, of Ormond Beach, sold 864 Marvin Road to Tamara Michael, of Ormond Beach, for $279,900. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,556 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $215,000.
Norma Coolidge sold 717 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Lois Kudlack, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,313 square feet.
Frank Kovacs Jr. and JoAnn Burns, of Ormond Beach, sold 1329 Fairway Ave.to Jensen Lescarbeau and Austin Dolich, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths ad 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $71,600.
Halifax Plantation
Kelly Riggle, of Ormond Beach, sold 1301 Wicklow Lane to Oliver Ross, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,223 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $344,900.
David Kelly sold 1477 Kilrush Drive to Susanna and David Krebs, of Coconut Creek, for $442,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,873 square feet.
Hunter’s Ridge
Fretwell Construction Co., of Daytona Beach, sold 10 Willoughby Trace Circle to Michael and Liva Marino, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,134 square feet.
Donald Pittsley, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Lonetree Look to Anthony Manousakis and Jennifer Brisson, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $150,000.
Lakes of Pine Run
Frank Fitchett Jr., of Daytona Beach, sold 201 Orange Grove Drive, Unit A, to Patricia and Charles Baisley, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $70,000.
Plantation Bay
Patricia and Charles Baisley, of Ormond Beach, sold 782 Aldenham Lane to Richard and Diane Meisenheimer, of Ormond Beach, for $233,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $242,600.
Tomoka Oaks
Royal Marten, of Morro Bay, California, sold 35 N. St. Andrews Drive to Sergio Perez, of Miami, for $257,250. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $202,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Thomas Hynds, of Sarasota, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8, to Reginald and Jo Ellen Lyle, of Longwood, for $310,000. Built in 1998, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $203,500.
Kevin and Pearl Walsh, of Lake Mary, sold 2470 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1030, to Natalie Lopez-Portelli and Angelo Portelli, of Great Neck New York, for $212,000. Built in 1998, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 980 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $106,900.
