An ocean-view home in Triton Beach topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions the week of Aug. 10-17. Eileen and Harry Tucker, of Tallahassee, sold 471 Oceanshore Blvd. to Scott and Tracy Penny, of Lake Mary, for $1.6 million. Built in 1950, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool, an ocean view with private walkover and 3,328 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $1.15 million.

Michael and Janet McKenna, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Forest View Way to Charles and Pamela Fieldus, of Ormond Beach, for $432,500. Built in 1996, the house has four-bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces and 3,042 square feet of living area. The land sold in 1996 for $48,000.
Clifford and Ruth Gronosky, of Orange City, sold 6 Creek Branch Way to Connie and Mark Olson, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms a fireplace, a pool and 2,281 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $195,330.
Bernice Allston, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Coquina Ridge Way to Gregory and Kelly Jaap, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1997 by the owners, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,707 square feet of living area.
Jerry and Anna Frazzitta, of Brookville, N.Y., sold 12 Carriage Creek Way to Laura Eaton, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,612 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $107,900.

Scott and Rachel Murray, of St. Augustine, sold 482 Chelsea Place Ave. to Aaron and Kristi Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $294,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool, a spa and 2,418 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $466,800.
Alton and Vivian Zipperer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1225 Draycott St. to Michel Van Thielen, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three bedrooms and 1,917 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $253,000.
