A waterfront home on South Beach Street topped the sales list for residential real estate transaction the week of Oct. 20-27. David, Sue and Madelyn graves, of Lafayette, Calif., sold 236 S. Beach St. to Randall and Marybeth Keener, of Willlingford, C.T., for $275,000. Built in 1976, the house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,900 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $169,833.

R Beach Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1387 Granada Blvd. to Tony Pearson Insurance Agency, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,438 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $395,000.
John and Norma Mailhot, of Ormond Beach, sold 507 Lakebridge Drive to Kathy Wise, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,602 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $175,000.
Daytona Shores
Charles and Vicki Powell, of Ormond Beach, sold 831 W. River Oak Drive to G.L. Ehringer and L.E. Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,700 square feet of living area. It sold in 1977 for $50,300.

Federal Home Mortgage Corporation, of McLean, Va., sold 30 Dolphin Ave. to James and Ann Erickson, of Aurora, Colo., for $95,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 995 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $76,000.

Arthur and Liana Sarukian, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Moonglow Drive to Jennifer Carter Stepniak, of Ormond Beach, for $251,300. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an in-ground pool, a spa and 2,315 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $288,600.

Joseph Osiborski, of Port Orange, sold 82 Rogers Park Drive to Keith and Lauren Yarnell, of Ormond Beach, for $49,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 943 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $67,000.
