Beach Street home sells at $475,000

A home on North Beach Street topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions from Aug. 25 to Sept. 7, in Ormond Beach. Robert Chapman, of Ormond Beach, sold 238 N. Beach Street, to Sobhy Ghattas, of San Clemente, Calif., for $475,000. Built in 1947, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, a boat dock, a boat house and 1,865 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $290,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Rosemary McNally, individually and as trustee of the Rosemary McNally Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, No. 209, to Billy Terry, trustee of the Billy G. Terry Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three beds, three and a half baths and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $221,452.

Sally Dock, of Ormond Beach, sold 541 John Anderson Drive to Susan Klypluk, trustee of the Klypluk Revocable Trust, of Burbank, Calif., for $280,000. Built in 1964, the house has three beds, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $300,000.

Catherine Bascino, of Appling, Ga., sold 90 Buckskin Lane to James and Patricia Sheridan, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1989, the house has four beds, three baths and 1,117 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $295,000.

Eileen Wisor, of Burtonsville, Md., sold 261 Sanchez Avenue to IH2 Property Florida, of Tampa, for $163,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,784 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Frederick and Barbara Stoll, of Union City, Tenn., sold 223 Melrose Ave. to William and Trisha Beehler, of Anaconda, Mont., for $140,000. Built in 1958, the house has four beds, three baths and 1,642 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $144,000.

Helen Godleski, of Holly Hill, sold 231 Capen Street to Pamela Wheeler, of Ormond Beach, for $115,100. Built in 1975, it has three beds, two baths and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $40,500.

Marcia Ribeiro, of Orlando, sold 1112 Avenue H to Robert Kahn, of Ormond Beach, for $50,000. Built in 1983, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,104 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $55,000.

Breakaway Trails

Samuel and Laura Hatcher, of Ormond Beach, sold 94 Tomoka Ridge Way to Richard Prazenica and Hongyan Liu, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 2006, the house has five beds, five baths, a pool and spa, and 2,895 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $473,500.

Coquina Point

Shelley Erdmann, of Meridian, Idaho, sold 18 Sandpoint Circle to Thomas and Carol Kearney, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1996, the house has four beds, four baths and 2,433 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $200,000.

Hunters Ridge

Ronald and Janet Charles, of Spring Hill, Tenn., sold 17 Hunt Master Court to Frederick and Susan Hans, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1994, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,848 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $141,300.

Plantation Bay

Craig and Susan Jarvis, of Ormond Beach, sold 610 Moss Creek Drive to William Banks, of Ormond Beach, for $237,500. Built in 1998, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,927 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $252,500.

Fred and Dorothy Macfee, of Ormond Beach, sold 1317 Sunningdale Lane to Larry Engleking, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 2000, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $210,000.

The Trails

Stephen and Debra Ryan, of Ormond Beach, sold 129 Horseshoe Trail to Rocco Acquaro, of Ormond Beach, for 170,000. Built in 1983, the house has four beds, three baths and 1,960 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $105,000.

Randall and Mary Adams, of Fort Worth, Texas, sold 180 Deer Lake Circle to Elaine Pietrak, as trustee of The Elaine Doris Pietrak Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $159,000. Built in 1986, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,384 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Tango 1 LLC and Diamond Club Capital LLC, of DeLand, sold 29 Capistrano Drive to John and Alyce DiSiena, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1989, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,060 square feet. It sold in January for $150,100.

K.M. Hendricks, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Sandra Drive to Nancy and John Buccy, and Judy Boykin and Stephen Taylor, of Rincon, Ga., for $238,000. Built in 1964, the house has four beds, two baths, a pool and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $175,000.

Ronald and Nancie Ambrozy, of Canada, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 12, to Harold Becker, of Altamonte Springs, for $135,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $210,500.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold 58 Oakview Circle to Patrick Hardy and Andrea Hibbs-Hardy, of Boca Raton, for $149,500. Built in 1971, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,878 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $124,607.

Jens and Sarah Halle, of Tyler, Texas, sold 4 Hibiscus Drive to Joseph Weigle, of Ormond Beach, for $129,900. Built in 1953, the house has two beds, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $129,900.

Frank R. Peburn, of Ormond Beach, sold 155 Holland Road to Larry and Sara Withrow, of Ormond Beach, for $129,500. Built in 1953, the house has two beds, two baths and 782 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $71,008.
