A home near the ocean topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of May 12-18, in Ormond Beach. Eleny and Komis Psaros, of Daytona Beach, sold 960 Margarita Circle to Francis DuBrule, on behalf of the DuBrule Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $327,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a wooden dock, direct beach access and 2,662 square feet of living area. The lot sold in 1989 for $52,000.

Joan Kazanowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Jill Alison Circle to Nasry Michelen Jr. and Rhonda Tobman, of Hudson, N.Y., for $197,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $167,750.
Glenn Blackburn, of Hunterville, N.C., sold 31 Misners Trail to Joan Kazanowski, of Ormond Beach, for $133,000. Built in 1988, the house has two beds, two baths and 902 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $195,000.
Jean Wright, of Port Orange, sold 598 Tomoka Ave. to Robert and Kathleen Maness, of Ormond Beach, for $127,000. Built in 1994, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,159 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $74,900.
Daniel and Carol Rutter, of Ormond Beach, sold 1274 Buckeye Road to William Hunter, of Ormond Beach, for $64,500. Built in 1960, the house has two beds, one bath and 925 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $45,000.
Loretta Mynatt, of Ormond Beach, sold 190 S. Yonge St. to Gerald Lapole and Peggy Thornton, of Ormond Beach, for $40,000. Built in 1900, the house has three beds, one bath and 808 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $75,000.

Hamer and Anne Marie Jones, of Savannah, Ga., sold 83 Cardinal Drive, 83 B to Crawford and Mary Ratliff, of Orlando, for $123,000. Built in 1947, the house has two beds, one bath and 800 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $145,000.
Tomoka Park
Quincy and Christi Heck, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Bluebird Lane to David and Echo Haptonstall, of Hanna City, Ill., for $135,000. Built in 1982, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $125,000.
The Trails
Karen Satterfield, of Ormond Beach, sold 235 Pine Cone Trail to Michael Codianne, of Ormond Beach, for $128,500. Built in 1978, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 1,016 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $115,000.

Victoria Miller, of South Amboy, N.J., sold 1 Ocean Shore Drive to Steven and Jill Moldenhauer, of Savannah, Ga., for $126,000. Built in 1955, the house has two beds, two baths and 896 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $52,000.
Kristina Ells, on behalf of the Kristina T. Ells Trust, of Branfod, Conn., sold 121 Essex Drive to Jerry Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1956, the house has three beds, two beds and 1,059 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $121,500.
