County home parade to showcase Plantation Bay model

ICI Homes’ Bellevue model home, at Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club, will be the showcase home in the Volusia Building Industry Association’s 2013 Parade of Homes, March 16-24.

Listed at a base price of $382,900, the home is a three-bed, three-bath with 5,691 square feet. This year’s tour is expected to attract 5,000 guests.

Royce, Malloy joins Adams, Cameron & Co.

Christina Royce and Clyde Malloy have joined the sales staff at the Adams, Cameron & Co., REALTORS Ormond Beach office, at 54 S. Atlantic Ave.

Royce has designed and redesigned commercial and residential properties the past 12 years.

Malloy previously worked in the Broward County Sheriff’s Department and a public safety department in California. He has lived in Ormond Beach about 10 years.
