Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors hits 50 years, announces a local as its top producer; Reunion Bank plans Ormond Beach opening; and more.

New realty, health care, hires, promotions

Realty Pros Assured, at 1450 W. Granada Blvd., has hired Shaina Harper to its brokerage team. She is a lifelong native, professional musician and Stetson University graduate.

Florida Hospital has promoted Charlie Brown and Kristen Hanak to rehabilitation managers. Brown will be responsible for therapy operations at Florida Hospital Oceanside’s Peninsula Rehabilitation Center. Hanak will oversee operations at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, in Daytona Beach; Florida Hospital Oceanside’s Peninsula Rehabilitation Center; and Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, in Port Orange.

Previously a lead speech and language pathologist, Brown won the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center Mission Award and Certificate of Clinical Excellence Award in 2010.

Adams, Cameron celebrates 50 years, names top producers

At Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors 50th-annual company meeting, an Ormond Beach resident was named the firm’s top salesperson of 2012.

Clarence Cloak, of the office at 54 S. Atlantic Ave., was the company’s No. 1 agent last year. Geri Westfall was the top producer at the company’s 759 W. Granada Blvd. location.

Also honored at the event were each of the President’s Club members, who make up the top 20 overall sales leaders throughout the company. Reunion Bank plans Ormond opening

Reunion Bank of Florida, headquartered in Tavares, is currently planning three new branch locations to be built through 2015, the first of which is slated to open in May, on State Road 40 in Ormond Beach.

In 2012, the company increased its earning performance in total assets (17.33%), total loans (9.5%), total deposits (15.42%) and net income before tax (82.3%).

Street cred: Health workers get certified

Ormond Beach resident Jill Piazza, Florida Hospital Volusia-Flagler director of health and performance, has earned the National Wellness Institute’s Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, and Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager, certifications.

With the certifications, she plans to build a new wellness program for hospital employees.

Laura Zublionis, the volunteer coordinator for Haven Hospice, also earned an accreditation from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration. Her new Certified in Volunteer Administration title was earned through self-evaluations and a performance-based portfolio, focusing on mastery of organizational management, human resources management, accountability, leadership and advocacy

Zublionis joins a select group of nearly 1200 individuals internationally with this designation. Call 206-9732.
