One Daytona has announced two new tenants opening in early 2023: Redline Athletics and Elements of Design.

Redline Athletics is a national sports performance brand that specializes in comprehensive athletic development and speed and agility training for athletes. Located next to Pink Narcissus, Redline Athletics will prepare athletes to become more resilient in order to achieve success.

Elements of Design is a furniture and lighting showroom that also offers gifts, home decor, and design consulting services. Located in the same building as Guitar Center, Elements of Design at One Daytona will be its second location in Volusia County.

“Our One Daytona campus is growing and we’re thrilled to welcome two new tenants with unique services that increase our offerings to our customers,” said Roxanne Ribakoff, president of One Daytona. “2022 has been a fantastic year for us. In May, we announced the opening of Costco Wholesale, a top international retailer. Now we’re excited to welcome local business owners to One Daytona.”

Costco Wholesale will include a separate fuel amenity and will occupy approximately 150,000 square feet of the northwest section of the property adjacent to the CMX Daytona Luxury Theatres. The Costco Wholesale location is slated to open by 2024.
