Selby Realty closes on big Daytona property

Selby Realty Inc., at 200 E. Granada Blvd., has negotiated a multi-year lease of the 142,857-square-foot building at 530 Fentress Blvd., formerly known as the Crane Cams building, in Daytona Beach

Built in 1982 on 9.97 acres of land, the building is owned by Stag Industrial Inc., in Boston, and will now be leased by True Science Holdings LLC, a veterinary drug wholesale distributor based in Idaho.

"It is particularly rewarding to have accomplished one of the largest lease transactions of record in these challenging economic times,” Founder and CEO Dwight Selby said. “This is a very large building, and to be able to locate one tenant for the entire facility for several years is encouraging and is an indication of the improving economy.”
