A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 18-24 in the Multiple Listing Service. Ormrenpro LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Deep Woods Way to Benoise and Angela Franklin, of Chino Hills, California, for $605,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 6/4 and has a swimming pool and 4,266 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Robert and Karen Nylander, of Albertville, Alabama, sold 686 Cordova Ave. to Gormless LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1923, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,707 square feet.

Louis Suarez, Individually and as trustee, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 110, to Housingbyowner.com LLC, of Orlando, for $320,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,020 square feet.

Marie Yovanofski, of Ormond Beach, sold 607 Johnson Drive to Anthony and Rose Boscaino, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,396 square feet.

John and Jean Gieselman, of Port Orange, sold 43 N. Tymber Creek Road to Joseph and Nicola Avena, of Sleepy Hollow, Illinois, for $300,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,034 square feet.

Double Trinity LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 396 Fleming Ave. to Travis Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,436 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $145,500.

Tracy Tocci, of Ormond Beach, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2170, to David and Kelley Keith, of New London, New Hampshire, for $247,500. Built in 1981, the condo is a 1/1 and has 924 square feet.

George Hammerle, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Lake Park Circle to James Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,474 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $173,500.

Daniel Strayer, of Strasburg, Colorado, sold 434 Division Ave. to Deanna and Leon Leggette, of Ormond Beach, for $236,500. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $157,000.

Gabriel Camacho, of Ormond Beach, sold 97 Bella Vita Way to Sierra Wilson and James Wright, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,687 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $203,000.

Robert and Patricia Sheridan, of Port Orange, sold 86 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Adam Belcher and Megan Goodrich, of Ormond Beach, for $128,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 999 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $52,000.

Brian and Denise Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 487 Collins St. to Lorraine Scales, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1970, the manufactured home is a 3/2 and has 684 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $69,000.

Joanne Repole of Jacksonville, sold 3069 Monaghan Drive to Richard Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,292 square feet.

Michael and Amy Murphy, and Michael C. Murphy II, of Punta Gorda, sold 202 Northshore Drive, Unit B, to Gene Neyhart, of Ormond Beach, for $173,900. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet.

Todd Klepper, Individually and as trustee, sold 236 Timberline Trail to Kathryn Dent, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $149,000.

TM Rentals LLC, of South Daytona, sold 14 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Myron Stacks, as trustee, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/1 and has 875 square feet.

Rebecca Pitchford, of Ponce Inlet, sold 109 Rio Pinar Drive to Casey Shorter, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,986 square feet.

John Hudson, of Daytona Beach, sold 1022 Shockney Drive to Kenneth and Sandra Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $407,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock and 1,696 square feet.
