A house on a half-acre lot in Breakaway Trails was the top-selling home for the week of Jan. 5-11, in Ormond Beach. Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 31 River Chase Way to Eric and Martha Liebman, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 2011, the house has a three-car garage, summer kitchen, gourmet kitchen, cabana, swimming pool, five bedrooms, six baths, swimming pool and 3,707 square feet. This was the first sale.
ORMOND BEACH
Sharon Harrell, of Edgewater, sold 219 Fairway Drive to Gary and Sue Burger, of Ormond Beach, for $346,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,333 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $75,000.
India Puget, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Standish Drive to Paul Doobe Jr., of Lakeway, Texas, for $210,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,838 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $207,500.
Lois Lakeman, of East Hampton, N.Y., sold 512 Sandy Oaks Blvd. to Laurel Gossman and Loretta Rochford, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,912 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $99,000.
Norma Whalen, of Margate, sold 25 Fair Oaks Circle to Lauren Zoltek, of Ormond Beach, for $60,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a carport and 1,230 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
Halifax Plantation
William and Susan Maynes, of Ormond Beach, sold 1120 Killarney Drive to John Trueheart, of Chesterfield, Va., for $276,750. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,159 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $236,000.
Gaye and Robert Nickolaus, of Ormond Beach, sold 3324 Newbliss Circle to Vaughn and Deborah Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,899 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $150,000.
Plantation Bay
Natalie Owens, of Ormond Beach, sold 1233 Crown Pointe Lane to Oachel and Marsha Asbury, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $279,900.

Robert Phillips, trustee of the Betsy M. Phillips Revocable Living Trust, of Bound Brook, N.J., sold 7 Ocean Drive to Charles and Linda Holt, of Groveland, for $375,000. Built in 1957, the house has a seawall, two bedrooms, one bath and 870 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
James and Dawn D'Ambrosio, of Humble, Texas, sold 43 Sea Island Drive to Ann Forsell, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,952 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $209,000.
Robert Young, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Sunny Beach Drive to Burley and Jackie Keenan, of New Ellenton, S.C., for $135,000. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $84,900.
Mary Jane Mano, of Kennett Square, Pa., sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1050, to Michael and Catherina Pace, of London, Ontario, for $119,900. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $63,400.
Lisa Alphonso, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Camellia Drive to Pasquale and Sandra Cassella, of West Haven, Conn., for $95,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $68,000.
