Seema and Joseph Herdt, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Crooked Bridge to Mark and Mary LaStarz, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 1989, the brick house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, a pool and 4,418 square feet of living area on one acre of property backed up to a greenbelt. It sold in 2011 for $420,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Alana Rasmussen, of Ormond Beach, sold 325 Rodeo Road to Anthony Eaton, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1987, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,091 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $178,000.

Margaret Jackson, of St. Petersburg, sold 412 Bostrom Lane to Edie Maiden, of Ormond Beach, for $57,000. Built in 1936 by the seller, the house has two beds, one bath and 1,156 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Lynn Smedley, of Palm Coast, sold 148 Deep Woods Way to Michelly Pedroza Zulfiqar, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2000, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,561 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $261,284.

Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 23 Coquina Lake Way to Bhupinder and Kapur Boparai, of Ormond Beach, for $239,450. Built this year by the seller, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,843 of living area.

Kings Crossing

Stephani Kurosawa, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Kingsbridge Crossing Drive to Dean and Mare Atanasoski, of Ormond Beach, for $284,000. Built in 1999, the house has four beds, four baths, a fireplace and 3,057 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $263,080.

Ormond Lakes

Susan Colamonico, of Easton, Conn., sold 68 Lakebluff Drive to Alan and Frances Johnson, of Anderson, S.C., for $343,000. Built in 2004, the house has four beds, three beds and 2,913 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $360,000.

Radoslav Miric, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Lakecliff Drive to Gwen Murray, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,269 square feet. The lot sold in 2005 for $87,000.

Plantation Bay

John and Joanne Artim, of Volusia County, sold 1257 Royal Pointe to Stephen and Nancy Gustafson, of Tolland, Conn., for $265,000. Built in 2006, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,089 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $255,000.

James and Sandra Walsh, of Daytona Beach, sold 606 Moss Creek Drive to Robert and Lynne Geyer, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1992, the house has four beds, two baths and 2,331 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $163,800.

Stephen Hannan, of Manhasset, N.Y., sold 406 Long Cove Court to Edward and Margaret McDonald, of East Northport, N.Y., for $157,500. Built in 1989, the house has three beds, three baths and 2,015 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $122,500.

Southern Pines

Gwen Murray, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Aucuba Circle to Neil and Roslyn Kaplin, of Boynton Beach, for $188,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,084 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $167,500.

Sun Oaks

Melissa Maloney, of Seattle, sold 194 Windward Circle to Matthew and Julie Hewitt, of Ormond Beach, for $114,000. Built in 1963, the house has three beds, four baths, a fireplace and 2,440 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $55,000.

Rio Vista Gardens

Darlene McRae, of Murphy, N.C., sold 631 Santa Ana Ave. to Vickie Ruhala, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1958, the house has two beds, one bath and 1,040 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $47,000.

The Trails

Thomas and Patricia Galloway, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Rocky Creek to Windford and Pauline Hutcheson, of Fenton, Mich., for $260,000. Built in 1980, the house has four beds, four baths. one fireplace and 2,776 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $230,000.

Tymber Crossings

William and Massa Wiles, of Rockledge, sold 7 Stallion Way to Ronald and Marcia Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 2003, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $187,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Loretta Lazarus, on behalf of the Loretta Lazarus Family Trust, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., 101 to Michael and Joyce Troutman, of Ormond by the Sea, for $228,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $133,000.

Maria Valasquez Thomas, of Ormond Beach, sold 126 Essex Drive to Renee and William Hall, of Hydes, Md., for $125,5000. Built in 1955, the house has two beds, one bath and 1,044 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $97,000.

Dennis and Patrica Henba, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Lynnhurst Drive, 202 to Barbara Bliss, of Ormond Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1974, the house has two beds, two baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $76,000.
