A home in the Breakaway Trails subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 5-12. Richard and Joyce Tolfa, of Winter Springs, sold 46 Winding Creek Way to John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,381 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $34,000.

Charles Merz and Catherine Consentino, of Edgewater, sold 754 Candlewood Circle to Glenn and Faye Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $136,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,617 square feet of living area. It sold in 1986 for $74,500.
New Britain
Barbara Roggendorf, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Bristol Lane to Justine Christakos, of Ormond Beach, for $123,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,360 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $67,500.

Clarissa Powley, of Ormond Beach, sold 58 Ocean Terrace to Gregory and Chelsea Schlaffer, of Ormond Beach, for $192,000. Built in 1963 by the seller, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,434 square feet.
Tomoka Oaks
Robert and Jane Vierengel, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Eagle Drive to Doris Howell, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1979 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,853 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.

Roland Freeman, of Eastover, N.C., sold 1925 Woodcrest Drive to Kennis and Marsha Maynard, of Inez, Ky., for $41,825. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,012 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $43,000.
Roberta Heights
Marlisse Aufricht and Raoul Lotos, of Ormond Beach, sold 139 Laurie Drive to Donald and Dawn Sheridan, of Reynoldsburg, N.J., for $65,000. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 672 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $150,000.
