A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction for April 5-11 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Mark and Cathy Ralph, of Jacksonville, sold 79 Black History Way to David Shekhter, of Ormond Beach, for $490,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 5/4 and has a pool, a fireplace and 3,373 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $455,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
John Unwin, of Kaw, Oklahoma, sold 1909 Woodcrest Drive to Angie Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $55,000. Built in 1976, the manufactured house is a 3/2 and has a pool and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $39,000.
Louis and Suzanne DePaul, of Ormond Beach, sold 809 E. River Oak Drive to Alicia Bainter and Sarah Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a pool and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $195,000.
Scott Johnson, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive Unit 403 to Kenneth and Maureen Besaw, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1996, the condo is aa 3/3.5 and has 2,675 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $275,000.

Roger and Nancy Kayser, of Kalispell, Montana, sold 59 Mayfield Circle to Alan and Grace Norman, of Ormond Beach, for $206,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,400 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $52,000.
